I purchased a pre-sell deposit for Let's Rock Elmo and when it was available in store I went to get it.When I approach the customer service and inquired about where I should pick this item up,I was told,"go get it off the floor it's in the preschool aisle.It's down that aisle there."I went to the preschool aisle but could not find them in that aisle.I did find them.I went to the checkout.When I put the item on the counter and handed my pre-sell deposit receipt to the cashier(as I was told to do by customer service),he had NO idea what to do with it or even why I had handed it to him. I explained what I was told and then he called another associate over and explained what he needed she asked if I wanted to return something.I told her what the deal was with what I was purchasing and she did something with the cash register and said ok there the $5is taken off.I asked about my $10gift card which I was to get with this purchase the girl walked away.Another guy came and he finally fix it.


Train ALL employees of Toy's R Us to know what is happening in the store such as promotions, dealing with pre-sell deposit items, any sales and that the customer is important(more important then discussing personal life happenings while a customer waits) and that without the customer they would not have a job! I know this is probably discussed during training, but maybe employees need to be reminded of it! Employees need to have courteous attitude toward the customers and not be rude and have bad attitudes.

Sent me slopes without plastic in between them and the box stuck to the painted surfaces, it ruined the boards. I also ordered and paid for score cards and caddies which I never received and were never sent to me. Called multiple times and the owner will not make it right. I was also charged twice for my order initially which he did refund the second charge but that didn't get me usable boards or the caddies which I ordered. This company is a rip off!

There have been 5 businesses in this space since Baker Florist. Currently it's Element Cycles.

I had to wait over 4 minutes this morning while a driver block my street. I live on a cul-de-sac and no other way out. 3 other cars were behind getting their kids to a bus stop, luckily they made it! I called to issue a complaint at Rumpke and they wanted my address. I refused, this is after they logged the complaint and talked to the superviser and said they needed it. Again I refused and she said then they will not register the complaint. WOW .. I stopped dealing with 3-4 months ago and do not want them to do anything to my yard either..

What a cute store! So many unique collections I haven't seen anywhere else in Cincinnati. The children and baby gifts are adorable... I got a beautiful spring bag by Big Buddha Bags and they have a wide selection of Vera Bradley and Pandora, as well. The jewelry is gorgeous and so are the home accent gifts like Mariposa. The interior makes me want to hire them to do my home!

I prefer this smaller store because shopping is not overwhelming. I can browse through quickly and find great items. Very clean and peaceful...

I've been going to Eyebrowse since I moved to Cincinnati in 2007. Pam is my absolute favorite! She's very nice, and does a quick, efficient job. However, the Eyebrowse franchise has recently expanded (with stores Downtown and Loveland), and Pam is not at the Tri-County location as often, and she never goes to the Downtown location (I'm told).

I think its funny that the other review here is actually done by the owner...They werent smart enough to realize that they should have created a fake name...If it says something about a company who lies to make a buck, there you have it.

(UPDATE!!, one day later they realized their mistake(lie) and changed their review, it now says "we are a great company" etc etc...It USED to say "This company was great to work with, they were professional, and did a great job for us etc etc etc") I wish i would have copied and pasted their original review, which was a scam...Again, not only did they try to fool people with a fake review, now they try to cover it up with more crap) I think a nice apology would be better suited. A company who has been in business since 1966...Imagine that they have been based on lies and taking advantage of people for that long... and still doing it. Lets all be responsible and help put unethical businesses out of business. There are legitimate companies out there. (Oh and dont forget the "disagree" im sure came from the employees...or just irony that someone disagreed and the ownership changed their review of themselves on the same day...(im not that stupid)


Highly unprofessional, attitude-y employees, and never follow through with their promises. Their pricing came in at about double what other fence companies were, and their service was terrible, never discussed options, didnt show me pictures, didnt spend any time at all asking me what i wanted. Gave me a price, and never sent me a quote. What did they quote me on???They check out before the end of their business hours, and they dont seem to care that people are waiting on them for things.

I extremely reccommend NOT calling this company. There are tons of other fence companies out there that are far more professional. (AAA fencing, Pioneer Fencing, Mills Fencing) are three companies i called after and responses were wonderful. When spending a big chunk of cash i would expect something decent, but not there.
