Sunday services are interactive! Praise is who we are, and what we do! The word is brought forth and it is all bible, no commentary. If you have sincere questions about Jesus and life after death. Come to a bible class and ask your question(s). You will only get a bible answer. The way that it is supposed to be. If you like a home away from home feeling this is the place. We are not a storefront (anymore) and we are not a megachurch either. The Bishop knows all of the parishioners by name. Sunday school is dismissed into age groups beginning at the age of two. You will be blessed if you pay us a visit. May you be blessed on your quest to find a spiritual home.

When I came to Cincinnati over three years ago I was fortunate to find and become a member of The Church of the Covenant. I was drawn not only by the warm fellowship of the church family, but especially through the gospel-centered biblical preaching. Pastor Glenn does an excellent job of bringing the word to us each week and his sermons provide Biblical instruction and direction and are helping me personally to grow in Christ. I would highly recommend going to the church web site and learning more about the church and noting that we have weekly communion, Sunday School for all ages and small groups. While at the web site you can listen to or read some of Pastor Glenn’s sermons but most of all I would invite you to come and worship with us on a Lord’s Day in the near future.

Many churches now-a-days throw out the old to make way for new songs, new plans, and new ways of doing things. This church is holding to the old paths: traditional hymnody, some psalms from the Old RPCNA Psalter, responsive readings, weekly communion, prayers that have significance and substance, and a solid, Biblical, exegetical sermon. Of course, the old ways do not appeal to everyone, and some old churches have lost the Gospel. But if you seek a church that is evangelical and faithful to Jesus, seeking to serve in word and deed, without abandoning the historic creeds and best traditions of the faith, then try Church of the Covenant.

Attended church there for the first time this evening. It was amazing! The people were friendly, the service was awesome. The presence of the Lord can be felt there. The Spirit was moving there. It certainly felt as though I was attending a camp meeting service. People were not ashamed to openly worship the Lord. As others have said, there was much participation from the congregation....probably 90 to 95 %. I felt so comfortable there, it was like I had attended church there for years. These people love the Lord and aren't affraid to worship Him in Spirit and in truth! I will be going back for sure!

i felt right at home on my first visit. The message was delivered as like a friend was talking to you. The choir sings, to make you get up off your seat and praise God.

Been there several times. Highly recommend it. I would say there is at least 90% to 95% participation in the worship. You can feel the presence of the Lord when you enter the sanctuary. Joel Urshan is truly an anointed Man of God. The musicians are anointed. There is no showmanship going on there. No flesh being glorified in this place. Every time I've attended this church, I feel like I am going to a conference or camp meeting. That's the kind of atmosphere.

Northern Hills Synagogue is a Conservative congregation with friendly, engaging members. Its services are very participatory, with members leading different parts of the service. Rabbi Barnard always has interesting perspectives and interesting things to say, so the discussions after the Torah reading are always thought-provoking. They also do a lot of fun activities--dinners, socials, a canoe trip, a bike ride, talent show, etc. An enriching atmosphere with very nice people.
