I hate it! Dont go here at all, unless you have someone with you that knows how to buy one. Car fax, and how much the car is really worth. Young female, second car (first was bought off someone) they rushed me through the whole process, over charged me for the car. Its worth 3,000 and i was charged 11000 (interest makes it 16000) for a 2002 ford focus 85,000 miles to start off with. I gave them my trade in (1998 Malibu 120,000 mi) with $400 down plus a $500 payment prior to the start of paying my car note. They didnt tell me i could return the car within a month if i didnt like it, they told me after the fact when i came to them about the car acting up. They service for car repair is looong. They tell you monday but wednesday thursday would be the actual day you receive it back. After talking to people about cars i felt really stupid for going here, wish I can re-do the decision, I would have bought a brand new or atleast used 2007/8/9 for this price they're charging me. The automatic window button(driver side) but for the passenger door window did not work, my salesman told me to take it to FORD to get it fixed and they would reimburse me. Went back to ask another salesman they said this was false information. Why the hell dont the sales man know this shit!! OVERALL DONT GO HERE< THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE....
