Cool spot. Queen Anne is an awesome area, a couple miles from downtown. This is a trendy, new sort of hotel with classic, boutique-style rooms. They are small rooms though. Ask for a view of the water if you can. One knock is the fitness room, which is 24 hours but the all-in-one machine is awkward. Good cardio machines however.

Decent but unspectacular mid-range hotel at the north end of downtown Seattle. It's a Marriott property, located near an I-5 exit, and offering shuttles to a lot of places I didn't want to go to.

My son and I stayed here a couple of nights ago on a trip to catch a ballgame and kick around the city for a day. The rooms are fine, with the usual amenities (although I'm at a loss as to why I was booked into a handicapped suite. I'm sure some bright spark on here can suggest a few reasons.)

The complimentary buffet breakfast is pretty dismal, unless you have a liking for rubbery scrambled eggs and desiccated sausages, served with watery coffee.

I booked through Priceline and got a great deal, so for me at least it was good value despite being no better than average. I doubt I'd be so charitable if I had paid rack rate.

Several times I have needed temporary housing on short notice. ASI always accommodates my needs promptly and professionaly. I have stayed in three different residences provided by ASI. Each one was furnished nicely and met all of my needs. I have stayed in one location in Wedgewood for stints of up to nine months more than one time. I plan to continue to use their services as well as refer them to others.

Seatlle location was fair I guess. Nothing to Rate really, it was average ordinary good old-fashioned normal service. My wife wasn't that happy that day, the bathrooms could have been cleaner or so she said. I did see a lot of business that day. They seem to be a busy busy place. So fair, yeah the service was fair, and as for the cars being clean, they were clean to me. In fact, I always want to buy a rental car if I drive it and like it and the last one I had I wanted to keep for sure.

I am positive all the locations are different, I agree. I can't imagine having a global customer service protocol, or any other globabl protocols if they aren't owned and operated by the same people, but maybe they are and maybe if they are having problems that is the answer. I don't see any problems though. They're just another car rental service is what I say. Nothing special, nothing bad.

I was transfered from Pennsylvania to Washington. We were working with a relocation company and thru their contacts we were unable to settle on a place to set up tempoary housing for my wife an I, time was now of the essence. We found ASI on the internet and contacted them. At this point we were needing a place to stay within a week. ASI was able to place us in a furnished one bedroom apartment at the Bristol at Southport. What a beautiful palce to stay. The amenities are fantastic and the accomodations very user friendly. We had a few minor issues, all were resolved immediately, almost too minor to mention. We were in the apartment from the middle of May 2010 thru middle of November 2010. I would recommend ASI to any and everyone. We just moved into our newly purchased home in Washington, but we are going to miss the Bristol. Thanks to all the ASI staff for making our housing transition to Washington smooth and trouble free. My wife and I are planning to drive to the park, next to the Bristol, every so often just to get a Bristol fix.
Respectfully,

I should have listened to the gentlemen when he said not to use this Orange Cab. This cab (685 I believe) driver was cussing at some man and calling him racist names. The guy said the driver jacked up the fare and would not give him back the change. So, we took a Yellow Cab near the Columbia tower which was like any cab ride. But, coming back, we took an Orange Cab who did the same thing. He tried to charge us $19.50 from the convention center to a restaurant 1.8 miles away. He kept my $20 and drove away while the folks next to us paid $7.00 including tip. The cab's manager on call wouldn't do anything when we called. The bottom line here is to avoid anything Orange Cab. They don't deserve to live or work in Seattle.

Friday night was absolutely wonderful. It was a perfect night for us in every way. Our driver was fantastic Seattle Town Car, such a lovely man. The service we received was absolutely impeccable and we loved every minute of it! I cannot tell you how grateful I am for your wonderful service and all the work you did on my booking, it really made the night so fantastic and went off without a hitch. I would absolutely love to use Seattle Town Car again for another special event.
