The front desk is extremely polite and friendly, and the rest of the staff is just as welcoming. Dr. Bassichis has a calmness that put me at ease when making this important decision, and once you look at his before and afters you will notice he is a gifted surgeon! His surgery coordinator was wonderful and handled the scheduling of everything. I did not have to do a thing, and no questions were unimportant to her. After the surgery, I was sent beautiful flowers that same day. The surgery itself went so well and I hardly had any bruising! I am now so happy with my nose because it looks so natural, and that is what I wanted in the first place (not a typical cookie cutter nose job). Also, he was able to fix my deviated septum and I can finally breathe and sleep through the night. A BIG THANK YOU to Dr. Bassichis!!!!

I went to see Dr B. for a rhinoplasty. During my initial visit, he took the time to go over my options. I liked that he was direct and to the point. His assessment of my nose matched what bothered me perfectly. The plan for a natural looking nose and explaining to me how that was going to happen was also helpful. Best of all, the end result has exceeded my expectations. I have sent friends to see Dr. B. and they have returned happy. I recommend Dr. Bassichis without any reservations.

On March 4th, my life changed for ever thanks to Dr. Harvey Carter. After putting off having Lasik done for over 45 years, I had it done. Everything went awesome! Now I can see 20/20 or better for the first time in my life. My recommendation for anyone I now talk to, do not procrastinate. The proceedure was done in less than 5 minutes. I'd highly recommend Dr. Harvey Carter to anyone that I know. Jim M. Bedford, TX

LASIK Dallas eye surgery was definitely more than I expected it to be. I thought it would hurt and take forever but it actually didn't it feels kind of funny though. A little itchy afterwords but overall very easy to deal with.

When I was looking for a Dallas LASIK surgery center I came across this one and they helped me tremendously. I didn't quite know where to start with LASIK in Dallas but they helped me understand that not everyone is a good candidate for LASIK eye surgery.

I have visited this Dr this year. He was a very rude old Dr (Dr. Penick). He doesn't have any idea about new eye treatments for keratoconus or other treatments. He does similar eye exam like other regular eye care do even the eye care facilities do them better. I found that he cares only about money by ripping off insurance companies. I wanted him to only subscribe glasses for me while instead he was pushing to subscribe for soft lenses since my insurance pays more than $500 for 6 pairs and that makes him a lot more money than just buying regular glasses through his shop. I don't really recommend this Dr for an eye exam or any other eye treatments. STAY AWAY FROM HIM!

Will I return back: NOOOOOOOOOOO

Carter Eye Center was the best! Everyone from the Doctor (Dr. Harvey Carter) and the staff at the center were amazing. Every person there was friendly and there for me every step of the way. They have that Carter Custom Care type of service and it really was true.

I would recommend anyone that wants to get LASIK to go to Carter Eye Center.

My only complaint about the center was that the wait time was a little long, but show me a doctor's office where this is not true.

I also saw on his website that he performed lasik on Troy Aikmen. That is pretty cool that I got lasik from the same person that did his eyes!

I was looking for a new eye doctor and Carter Eye Center is one of several in the Dallas area that took my insurance. The office is also located close to my house. I looked up a couple of the ones that took my insurance and saw that Carter Eye Center had really great reviews so I decided to try using them for my eye exam. Overall, my experience was very good. I had an appointment with the eye doctor at this location. They were very thorough with my medical history and during my appointment at Carter Eye Center. It was a good experience, I have really bad vision so it was really nice that he took the time to very thorough. I am used to people rushing in, seeing me really quick, then rushing out. That was not the case here. I got my prescription for my contacts and can say that this will be my new eye doctor for the long haul. Thank you Carter Eye Center!

Pharmacy staff gives poor customer service. Often you are ignored when you are speaking to a clerk at the pharmacy counter. They are seldom in a hurry to get to you and leave you feeling ignored and rejected and that makes you not really want to return.
