If you decide to ever call this store, beware. You may be put on hold for a long time, over 10 minutes and be switched from hold back to customer service not once but maybe more than twice. When you ask them for a department like Building Materials, you may be on hold a long while. So your best bet is not to even call them.
It's almost as if they would rather you did not call. They seem to be way too busy to bother with phone inquiries!

So if you really want to find something at The Home Depot, go to the store yourself and just look around the store. If you are unsure of a product that you may want to purchase then you may eventually find an associate wearing The Home Depot apron who will appear as though they are running the other way but if you catch one leaving the break room you might get lucky!

Otherwise, go on line.

But for me not once but several times, during different times of the year, it is nearly impossible to get an answer but this may not be the way The Home Depot does business, it may just be the location. Yea. maybe.

Personally I get pretty tired of calling just to be put on hold indefinitely.
Seems like poor business practice. There are lots of businesses out there retail, that answer calls and direct your call to the right department in under 3 minutes!

But This particular store , maybe it's just bad timing on my part but this has been the case with my calling to look for a product they sell to get the pricing and the availability.
I hate driving all the way to The Home Depot, just to find out they are out of stock of the item I am looking to buy or worse, they don't even know what I'm talking about.
Give me a break. But giving The Home Depot a 3 star good rating is stretching it a bit even for me.

Chandler Design Group did a fantastic job on our lake house, We would have never thought of using cedar as part of the overal design for the exterior but Heath Chandler had a vision and executed it perfect, we have had more compliments by neighbors and by far it is the most noticable house on the block. Thanks Chandler Design Group, hopefully you will get more projects in our neighborhood

Fast honest service, they fixed my a/c same day I called. There was no hidden costs and everything was straight forward. Thanks 5 star service!

THE WORST REPAIR COMPANY EVER! REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB (WHERE THEY ALREADY HAD AN 'F' RATING). THEY TOOK MY MONEY. DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM. REFUSED TO COME BACK TO FIX, EVEN DURING THEIR 'WARRANTY' PERIOD. THEY ARE CROOKS. STAY AWAY!!!!

Dynamic Roofing came to my house and recommended that we needed a new roof from storm damage and that they could get a new roof through our insurance. They work with my insurance with no hassle and they paid for it and Dynamic Roofing did the job in one day and did a wonderful job! We also refer them to our neighbors and they did there roofs too. Ill give Dynamic Roofing 5 stars any day!!

This is the worst company EVER!! I had to report them to the BBB. Out HW company sent them to fix our washer, which was over flowing. The tech said the pressure switch was bad and he had to order the part, okay four weeks later I had to call Extreme Care to check on the status, the lady told me the parts had "just came in". And she would send someone out that week GREAT!Well not great, the tech Jay came out switched out the part said it was all fixed, my husband ran the washer and of course it over flowed, ten minutes after he left. My husband call the company to let them know, and the woman calls Jay,he call us says he is already in Plano and can't come back. Okay now if you have been on 75 at five o'clock you know you cannot make it to Plano from Mckinney in ten minutes. But Jay must be superman to make it that fast, my husband tells him that he needs to come back and fix the washer it has been a month! Jay tells him to find another [email protected]#$ing company! NICE RIGHT! They kept my money and did horrible work, wait I take that back they did NO work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

ALA Concrete and Constructions were professional and timely in completing the project. They provided the only bid which added the base color to the concrete in the truck. Once the concrete was poured the second color was pressed in with the slate pattern we picked. Just prior to sealing the concrete our third color, brick red, was scattered on various areas on some of the slate impressions. The finished product is beautiful and many of our neighbors have complemented us on the walk.

HORRIBLE! IN SHORT, THEY DIDN'T FIX ANYTHING, THEY KEPT MY MONEY, THEY HAVE REFUSED TO COME BACK TO FIX AND THEY WON'T CALL ME BACK ABOUT MY REFUND. Now the whole story - I contacted Extreme Care Appliance Repair regarding a Scotsman Ice Machine that was not producing ice. The company was able to schedule me in quickly. They came out and said the unit was in good working order except that the timer went bad. They would have to order the new timer and come back the following week to install. This second appointment occurred even though they were very late during the appointment window. They were in a hurry and didnt fully verify the problem had been fixed. As a result after fixing my Scotsman Ice Maker it still produced no ice just as before the $400 charge. They were called back out under warranty and assured me they would return and fix the unit before Thanksgiving as they knew this was a critical deadline. They did not show even after repeated calls to ensure that the appointment was set. The following week I had to call them again (there was no follow-up by them) to get back on their schedule. The scheduler and I worked out a specific date so that I would be the 1st appointment and so they would arrive around 8:30 am. 1-1/2 hours after the alleged appointment time I called back into the scheduler to determine what the delay was all about. My call was then differed to the original technician who was supposedly in route. The technician eventually called me back and said he would arrive in 30 minutes (now 2 hours late). Additional time went by (now 3 hours late) and he called again to say he was getting close. When he was questioned about the continued delay and repeated time misrepresentations he stated that he is busy and has things to do (even though this was admittedly his 1 appointment for the day). I told him that I did not appreciate him implying that the customer is less important than him and that his time is somehow more valuable than mine. The technician then stated he would not be servicing my needs any longer and would refund our money. He had us backed into a corner so there was no other option but to agree. I then called back into his office to explain what happened and asked that my money be refunded right away. After a horribly rude and completely belligerent conversation with the office personnel the individual then negated the owner's previous statements and said I could not be refunded and that they must be given the chance to fix my appliance (again). I reminded the customer service rep that her boss said that they were not going to service us any longer and that we would be refunded and they were no longer welcome in my house. She went around and around this issue and finally said she would have the owner contact me before the end of the day to discuss the refund. Several days have past and I have not heard from anyone but this completely fits their pattern of broken promises to me. This has been a horrible experience with Extreme Care Appliance Repair and I found the customer service to be appalling. In my experience they have said one thing and done another repeatedly. Their name Extreme Care Appliance Repair fits in the sense that I have found them to be Extremely rude Extremely unreliable Extremely BAD. Right now I???m still out my $400 with nothing fixed and nothing to show but broken promises and some abuse dished out by this company. Buyers beware!
