My recommendation is to seek another dental group.

Going here as a first time patient, I had 4 bad experiences:
1. They require you to come back twice just to clean your teeth. They did not tell me this when I made an appointment. The first appointment is xrays, and then the second one is cleaning.

2. They will not take previous xrays from other dentists. When I scheduled my appointment, I asked if they need my previous records, and they said no.

3. They charge for services without you knowing. I told the front desk and the hygienist not to charge for anything that exceeds my insurance coverage. Both times, I was told, not to worry they will take care of me. I received a bill a month later for an xray not covered by insurance- which I already had and could have transferred from my previous dentist if they would have took care of #1 above.

4. They will not budge for any of their mistakes. I had to call their billing office twice. They only have one accountant, and the first call she was on vacation and no one else could talk to me. I called back a week later and she stated they will not cover the overage, I should have been more cautious of my own coverage, and they do not care if I do not return.

She tries to talk you into treatments you don't need, makes statments and then says she didn't say it, adds untrue statments on the dental records if she gets called on them. Double charges you and the insurance companies. When she's caught she says it was an oversight. Put implants in croocked , 1 of mine wasn't even in the bone, It fell out and I had to have the rest removed. Dentures were too big for my mouth and caused me to have TMJ. I was in pain a year because of her telling me there was nothing wrong with them. She tells you there are no sores in your mouth caused by the loose dentures and another dentist ( THE SAME DAY) tells you to quit wearing them because it will cause an infection because they are to big for your mouth, out of line and uneven. She has no cocern for the patients pain or appearance. Just the money. She in my opinion is not a dentist. I wouldn't take my dog to see her unless it was an attack dog. Save your money and go to anyone else!!! I'll rate her a 1 as a person and a -20 as a dentist. If you have a complaint about her, send it to the State Board of Dental Examiners. Maybe they will put her in her place!!

I admit I read the bad reviews but went anyway as it is right by my office and I had been there before. First off, yes, they had lost my records. Second they kept me waiting almost 2 hours to see the “Doctor” (notice the quotation marks). I was there more than 3 hours total. He indicated I suddenly needed bifocals despite my not have any difficulty reading or seeing anything up close. He fitted me for contacts and when I told him things are worse he insisted I just had to get used to them. Well I didn’t see an improvement so made an appointment to have the prescription corrected. Like others have indicated, he argued with me and wanted to charge me a fee. I have never had an optometrist argue with me when they ask is this better or worse and I said worse. Heed our advice and find a different much better optometrist. I am sure the one good review was written by him or a family member and not an actual paying customer.

Great Austin Chiropractor! If you are looking for Austin Chiropractic Services, this is the place to go... I have been dealing with a really stiff neck, muscle pain and painful headaches, sometimes migraines. When I was a teenager, I had an athletic injury. I have been to traditional doctors who just recommended pain medication (very temporary relief), but were unable to relieve my neck pain and headaches. I have visited a few chiropractors in the austin tx area, but were not entirely satisfied until I went to this chiropractic clinic. The chiropractic doctor here is very knowledgable and friendly. I always feel like he truly cares. He has a ton of high tech equipment for the relief of pain (without surgery or meds). I get chiropractic treatments from him now. I feel so much better! I highly recommend that if you live anywhere near the austin texas area and are looking for chiropractors in the area, you call texas spine and sports therapy. He is no doubt, the best chiropractor in the austin tx area. Chiropractic really helped me.

I moved to Austin a little over ago & was looking for an all female staff. I found that at OB/GYN north. We were looking to have our 4th child, when I got pregnant right away, we went to Dr. Sebestyen. She is absolutely wonderful, we went through all of our pre-work & a week later we miscarried. Dr. Sebestyen did a D & C, & was very compassionate towards us. Hugged us, cried with us. I've never had a Dr. do that. Then a month later, I became pregnant again. We were excited, scared & nervous, we'd already had 3 miscarriages & wasn't ready for another one. Everything ended up OK for for the first three months, then we ended up being high-risk, because of placental reasons. We were referred to a perinatologist who we saw weekly. During that time I was still receiving routine visits at the clinic of which were mostly done by nurse midwives.....at first. But than as it got closer to the end, I needed to be seen by the Dr.s. I was scheduled for my 4th c-section at 37 weeks, no later because of the condition. On my 1st visit with Dr. Campaigne, she questioned why I didn't want to have tubal ligation after this child as I already have had 3 previous c-sections. Stating, that "they don't recommend having anymore than 4" & then she went on to question "Well, is it for religious reasons?" My husband & I thought that was out of line, unprofessional, & unethical. It's my body & my choice! This coming from a women who has never had any children! The last month of pregnancy, I got the flu really bad. I was completely dehydrated. I ended up in the hospital twice with a total of 5 bags of IV solution. I saw quite a few of the nurse midwives along with Dr. Schmitz, who I thought was good. A week before my scheduled c-section, I went in to the hospital for false labor. I was told by the nurse that I was going to be seeing Dr. Schmitz & in walks one of the nurse midwives, which was still fine. What wasn't fine & set my husband and myself off, was the fact that she had already walked in with an attitude, because she was on call "not Dr. Schmitz". She basically told me, it was false labor & was sending me home with some muscle relaxers. But that isn't the worst of it, I had a 24-hour urine collection that we were waiting on results for & that should have determined if I was being sent home or not, & when my husband questioned her on that she got very defensive and turns to me & said, " You seem angry." OF COURSE, this pregnancy was hell!! I had less than a week until I was 37 weeks, why can't you just take the baby. I was tired & frustrated. She explained that the baby is very small at this point, & would have a tough start. But at our weekly U/S, the baby was already 6 1/2 lbs, she argued that that is wrong & it is a pound off towards the low side....what?! crazy because when I had my daughter a week later she was 8 lbs!!! We then requested to see Dr. Schmitz, who was very professional. We voiced our concerns with her, & wanted all the facts (ie, lab results) before even leaving, which were quite critical. And we left shortly after the results. A week later I was in labor & had the baby. I had a great c-section from Dr.S, probably the best one out of the 4 I've had. At my 6 week check-up, Dr. S. explained to me that her staff had voiced concerns about my husband, about his questioning there knowledge? There has never been an issue at all, her staff had always enjoyed my family (or so we thought), except for the few times in the hospital & we were just plan frustrated with the whole situation. She told me that I would need to find a new Dr. I was completely dumbfounded as all of this was totally crazy! How about instead of having a meeting about us, you sit & meet with us! That would have been the professional thing to do, getting our side of the story.

I could not be more pleased with the service I’ve received at RMA. Dr. Arrendondo and his staff are wonderful. I am so happy they opened a facility in Austin. Before RMA came to Austin, I was dealing with the major fertility clinic in Austin and was very displeased with the service I received there. I never felt like a priority. I could not get anyone to call me back regarding appointments and often felt like we were a number and not a patient. Nothing could be further from the truth with RMA of Austin, they are available to answer all of my questions and walked me through every step. They were warm, professional, and welcoming! RMA offers a level of service rarely seen. I can’t say enough GREAT things about the entire staff at RMA. I highly recommend RMA to anyone looking for fertility treatment. RMA offers the best fertility care in Austin!! I LOVE RMA

I've been seeing Roy Mullins on/off for the past 4 years. The guy really knows his stuff...thinks out of the box and doesn't just stick to popping bones. I've found myself consulting Mullins anytime I have a question about supplements, hormones, and pretty much almost anything else...he knows more about me than my general practitioner. I have had food allergy sensitivity testing here, hormone panels, etc. Most MDs won't do it b/c they don't believe in it....the food allergy sensitivity testing made a difference in my life...I was ALWAYS plagued by horrible sinus infections and started suffering from hay fever a few years ago, after the testing, started sticking a little closer to the recommendations, and haven't suffered like the poor schmucks around me. Once plagued by various infections...I haven't taken an antibiotic in over 2 years. In addition to that, it is pretty easy to get an appt in the same week. His office houses other services that I am just now trying out....one stop shop.

Massage Harmony has good massage therapists, thats not the problem. The problem is the owner is a money hungry arrogant man who has no regard for customer satisfaction or employee satisfaction. I am a former massage therapist at Massage Harmony and am advising you to go elsewhere. Massage Harmony will find ways to steal money from employees as well as customers, verbally abuses employees in front of customers for no justifiable reason, as well as providing a less than mediocre massage experience. In every location, you can hear therapists, clients, and receptionists talking in the hallways during your treatment. If you find a therapist you like, plan on finding a new one soon, because turn over rate is through the roof. And to top it off, the music sucks. So PLEASE, do your therapists a favor! Go Somewhere ELSE! You'll be glad you did. ALSO I firmly believe this company is a leech to the holistic health industry. The owner cares NOTHING about the health or well being of his customers even though he used to be a therapist himself! He is using massage and what is supposed to be a relaxing experience and raking in the cash by offering it fast-food style. That is exactly where you are going when you walk into Massage Harmony, the McDonalds of massage. I know that they are planning on opening a third location, take your business elsewhere to stop this problem from spreading!

After 3 kids, (2 of them 18 months apart) my body was just not the same. Before I decided to have the surgery I spent a year and a half at the gym trying to loose the excess skin and fat around my midsection. Dieting and exercise wasn't enough. I shopped around and met with several plastic surgeons, paid numerous consultation fees (not at Austin Plastic Surgery Center) and no one could compare to the friendliness and honesty I received from Dr. Maggi and his staff. They make you feel comfortable and treat you with respect and you leave feeling confident about your decisions. The surgery went perfectly and I am so happy with the results. The incision sites are thin and flat, no thickening around the scar, which is already fading. It's been 8 months now and I just went back for Botox, which is also amazing. Thank you Austin Plastic Surgery Center, you not only gave me my body back but my confidence as well!
