What a fabulous store! I did not expect to love, love, love this place as its in an unusual part of town, located near Paramount Studios in Hollywood! I thought all the great antique stores in LA were in WEST Hollywood... I was wrong. Great Service! Outrageous selection of unique high end antiques and fine art. You can tell this store is designer owned and operated. Such style, such class, yet a bargain can still be had. LA's best kept secret? I think so!

Acknowledged as the world’s largest live-work art colony, Downtown L.A.'s Brewery--a 22-building complex of lofts set on 23 acres--consists of some 500 resident or day-use artists in fields ranging from graphic design and sculpture to architecture, photography and even taxidermy. Every spring and fall, the Brewery Artwalk attracts thousands of SoCal residents, tourists, collectors, curators, dealers, educators, and students with over 170 private studios opening their doors to the public to offer art for sale.

This is one of the most random, most awesome stores I've been to in a long time. They have some of the coolest antiques from allllll over the world. Seriously, it's exciting to just walk around, even if you don't need anything. Ever need an oversized hand-made door from Thailand to lean against a random wall in your house? They have it. Ever want a full wood propeller for your kitchen? Done. What about some 1930s suitcases? 1950s door handles? A old coke machine? No? How about a 1920s dentist chair? GOT YOU. You kinky, kinky SOB. To Note: -It's right behind that little mall on the Southeast corner of Sawtelle + Olympic, behind the Marshall's/Starbucks, etc. (right next to the freeway) -They have their own little parking lot -There's another location downtown (and in NY & PA) -It's all a bit pricey, but definitely awesome. Prices are negotiable.

I have shopped here numerous times and always find that perfect gift usually with help from the always smiling and very knowledgeable young lady that runs this fantastic boutique. I would highly recommend that you visit Vintageweave the next time you are at the Farmer's Market across the street.

I jut love this quaint, chic, french themed store, everything they have is absolutely beautiful! I have purchased many items from Vintage Weave as gifts for my friends and family. The gift wrapping alone is worth giving a gift! Friends who visit me in LA always request to be taken here and will always purchase something special to take home. The owner does a fantastic job of purchasing unique, one of a kind items from France. Also, their service is excellent, always helpful and friendly.

My wife has been a huge fan for a long time. In last 2 years I've shopped here to get her presents or things for the house and the owner is FANTASTIC as is the entire staff. So friendly so hepful and most importantly, so knowedgable about the product they sell. They always remember me and my son's name and of particular note, they remember what my wife has already purchased. With so many customers I find this an amazing attribute. We try to get to France very two years but this more than satisfies that quench as we get the French countryside ambience without the attitude!
