If you crave BAD service, this is your place. Want proof without having to pay for their lazy efforts, just call them at 212-486-7090 . Most professional organizations would re-record the out-going message if they verbally stumbled, while reading the scripted greeting. But that assumes they they invested any time in preparing one.Try CPR (Cell Phone Repair) instead, they have multiple locations in NYC.

Jack's Place (same 51st Street street address) is also listed as a shoe repair shop. This might explain everything. We're having a big sale on large screen TV's, just take a look while we re-sole your shoes?

I purchased the Sony A55 from 42nd Street Photo. The camera shipped very fast and I received as advertised. I would definitely shop at this store again!

If you are a small business owner, DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY for your copier/printer needs. All they care about is having you sign a contract with them. Once you are signed, you will never hear from them even if you tell them about problems you are having with the copier/printer. They seem to make up random meter readings and bill you for it. If you dispute the meter reading, they send you to collections without even bothering to discuss the matter with you. They are untrustworthy and unreliable. The only good person there is Vanessa, who actually cares about clients' concerns and deals with them. Joe Berg will never call you or admit he is wrong about anything. He will make it sound like he is working night and day for you, when anytime you will call, you will NEVER be able to speak with him. This is a horrible company and I was so happy to get done with them and move on to a better company. WTC can't deal with the fact that their clients have questions. So if you think you might have a question about your copy machine after you lease it, then DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH WORLD TRADE COPIERS. YOU WILL BE SORRY.

My stay in New York ended up in this shop that robbed me 800-900 dollars. They showed a macro/wide angle lens that I liked. The price was like more 1000 dollars with a 30% discount. I bought it but got very suspicious, so I went back trying to refund or change this Item to a canon lens. They went angry and gave me a canon lens for free!! I was in a hrry to the airport so I didn't have a ny choice. When I came home I found out that I had paid 1175 for items worth about 400 dollars in other shops.(inkl the free lens) I will do whatever I can to stop these guys.

My name is Catherine Herbert and I don't know much about computers. At some point in the last month I believe my computer became infected with a virus. It was making my internet run very slow and I was unable to email my grandson away in Iraq. This being my only way to communicate with him I became very distressed. I wasn't confident enough to be able to attempt to fix it myself. Besides I hear hammers and computers don't go well together. :) I got in touch with the local geek squad and dropped my machine off. For $199.99 and three days of work they said they would have it up and running better than ever! This didn’t go down like the nice gentleman wearing black trousers had promised. 7 Business days later, I still had a broken computer and a quote for $449 to remove viruses, fix the hard drive and install antivirus software. Not happy with this price, and already out $200, I started calling a few acquaintances. One suggestion I received was to call Secure Remote Support. I called their toll free number to inquire about the cost and was told that they could remove my virus for $79.99 and could do it either by remotely connecting or if I preferred I could send the computer in to them. For time saving purposes, I chose to have them remotely connect and was assured if they could not fix the problem there would be no charge for their time. I liked the sound of that so I took them up on it. After about and hour the computer was repaired and I was ready to email again! No need to replace the hard drive. They did also sell me this antivirus software for another $59.99. It also came with a guarantee as well. They definitely did a great job, and Ill be thinking twice before going anywhere else.

I came to Audio Video Salon in the Upper East Side because a friend of mine highly recommended them. He was right. This crew is extremely professional. They have been doing high end entertainment systems since the technology originated. Jim knows all and gave great advice on what equipment fit my needs, my space, and my budget. Then his team installed everything meticulously in a very timely manner. I will use AV Salon for all my home theater needs and so should anyone who values quality. Thanks Jim!

Friends of mine who work on a cruise ship happened to go into this total ripoff store and bought 2 bogus iphones (cheap Chinese knockoffs). Yes, they should have known better, but they're kids who have never been to New York before. Forget about refunds or cooperation of any type. TOTAL CROOKED OPERATION, They're setup for tourist ripoffs. BEWARE!!!!!!

We looked for a company that could provide a solution to our unique phone needs. Their salesperson was all "no problem...piece of cake" until after everything was installed and didn't work. Then it was "well we can't fix it unless you spend more money on a maintenance contract so we paid them for the contract. Then they said "the maintenance contract only provides for phone support". Every time there is a problem it's a lot of finger pointing and a list of what they can't do. Our relationship with company was rough from the very beginning. They almost turned off our old phone lines BEFORE THE NEW ONES WERE INSTALLED! If I hadn't asked questions my business would have been without any phone service.

Helpful Multilingual staff... I am not good at speaking English because I have not been in this country a long time. The owner was rude.
