We were using another local company in Las Vegas, and unfortunately, as nice as the guy was, he just could not permanently solve some of the intermittent problems on our network that had been occurring over two to three months time. We asked around, and we were ultimately referred to Integrita Systems. Dimitri came out a couple hours after our initial call (a great deal faster than our previous guy would respond by the way), and he was literally able to PERMANENTLY solve our issue (our server was randomly bluescreening throughout the day) within 45 minutes of showing up. When he told me he found the problem and fixed it, I honestly didnt believe him--I figured it would happen again and I would have to call him back out. A week later, he called to follow up and make recommendations, and it was then that I realized that we had made it through an entire week without the server going down. We have been using Integrita Systems for over 5 years now, and we have closely followed their recommendations, and our system has been ultra-reliable for years. Of course, we have had some hardware fail, but they have always been able to respond quickly to emergency situations and get us up and running in relatively short order. Highly recommended!

Only computer company I would recommend! Integrita Systems did a backup of my hard drive, saving ALL of my stuff, and installed a new version of Windows for me. After that, they put all my stuff back -- a very efficient way of upgrading to a new Windows OS on a formatted drive. I really appreciate all their help and knowledge. The entire process didn't even take a full day, and I took my computer home that night very satisfied. They also looked over a few issues I was having and tweaked things inside the tower so the machine stopped doing the funky things it was doing.

The team at Integrita is always more than willing to help me with all of my 'computer and BES' challenges. Personal, true customer service with quick response time and they take the time to get me from start to finish for each item that I need their help with. I would highly recommend you give them a call for your computer needs. I appreciate the individual attention I am always given. I'd give 2 thumbs up and 10 gold stars. Thank you very much.

Craig was great to work with. I had several problems over the years with servers, workstations, and the network and Craig has been there to help walk me through the steps to fix it all. If you need to design a business IT infrustructure from the ground up including buying equipment, software, and installation, or implement upgrades, or just call for general IT support, Craig and the guys from Integrita Systems are the only people to call.

First review via internet towards a company..and first experience with Integrita Systems.. Had a problem recently..felt stuck and confused because I simply just did not know How Too....made the phone call..never imagining that at that moment I was about to get my problem solved.. Receptionist Immediately took action and transferred call to Head Technician..me still not knowing the outcome...began describing my problem... He imediately took full action and located the problem with his Expertise and Knowledge..but what blew me away was just how (Patient) and (Friendly) he was.. In our real world ...it is soo very difficult to find an Expert in the category we are searching...along with Patience Friendlyness and Kindness... Me myself presently work in the Casino Industry..my daily job is servicing the public ..and because of who I am..I can Spot and Detect EXCELLENCE..as I will highly recommend this company to friends and co-workers..

Over the past 6 years I have used Integrita Systems for all of my company's IT needs. I've never had a problem that they couldn't resolve! They have always been very helpful and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a quality IT company.

Do not trust this company. My office computer was running fine and I asked their technician to add our network scanner. He said he needed to take my computer back to his workshop. A couple days later he called & told me suddenly my computer was "toast" and he could dispose of it for me if I wanted him to; and oh by the way I now owed him $100.oo. I insisted he return it to me. I then took it to PC/LAPTOP, they "reinstalled some software" and it has worked fine ever since. Yet Integrita is still demanding $100 for work they never did "or else be turned over to collections."

Geek Squad is all about upselling and money. I wonder when they will realize that if they dont start paying attention to the CUSTOMER they will eventually lose all business. Preforming mediocre services to consumers expecting top notch computer repairs will only get so far, and after awhile they will lose all their customers thus losing a large precentage of the money they make. I went to them to have some horrible sypware removed and trusted they had at least an ounce of consideration for the customer. The guy who came out to see my computer was over an hour late to my house for the appointment. Now, I dont have all the time in the world to sit around and wait, if I wanted an appointment at 3pm I wouldnt have made one for 1:30pm. After reading reviews, I learned I should of be satisfied he showed up at all. Then after two hours of twirking and tinkering, he assured me the problem was solved and "that's $487!" Excuse me, WHAT? For the sake of avoiding problems (and getting my kids dinner) I paid the guy and sent him on his way. I was IRATE to see later that my computer was running so slowly I could have swore it was from the stone age. What did this guy DO?! Calling the store the next day I basically got a "tough luck" from the supervisior. Never again will I go to these guys. For anything. Ever. Since then, I came across a company called Secure Remote Support who handles all the same issues as the Geek Squad and at a fraction of the price. I was sold on their company when they got my computer running perfectly in a little over an hour. They were wonderful. I will refer them to anyone from here on out - if you dont want to be ripped off, and want a well runing, secure computer call these guys! www.SecureRemoteSupport(dot)com
