The owners' quest for profit makes the site useless Their desire to tell potential landlords they have a huge pool of potential renters causes them to not ask renters where they want to live. As a result, they present renters looking for a room in Naples FL as candidates for Pensacola, 600 miles away.

They claim to be the largest roommates site. In fact, Craig's List and roommates.com are many times larger.

While I was a partner at Cowan, Liebowitz & Latman, P.C., Arti Kane worked for me as an associate attorney.

I am shocked by the libelous and disgraceful comments made here. I is my unreserved opinion that Ms. Kane is a person of the highest integrity, and adheres to rigorous demands of her ethical responsibilities in every respect. I would not hesitate to hire her again if I had not retired from the practice of law.

I have been in contact with Ms. Kane to discuss the apparently vindictive nature of the other comments posted here. She has informed me that these comments mirror certain other communications she has received, and these are currently under police investigation.

After reading all the positive reviews and testimonials, my grandmother & I decided to go with US Gold in New York. They advertise the free shipping and high payouts but when I called to get my packet, the customer service rep told us Hawaii & Alaska doesn't qualify for the free shipping. (Why is that?) Regardless, they did pay us close to two hundred dollars more than the jewelry shops on our island so their price is right! Aloha ~ MaggieF40
