I have heard of Charlies Paint & Body Shop before but never needed there services, now I did. I was involved in a big accident and didn’t know what to do. I passed by so they can advise me. The moment I drove up to the shop I got a good feeling, big and clean. I was greeted in the office and even offered cold water, nice touch by the way. Juan Jr guided me with the process of filing a claim. Although my insurance company offered me there services elsewhere, I was not going anywhere. FYI, always remember you have the right to chose where you want to have your vehicle repaired, because the insurance company sure didn’t make it seem as if I had a choice. 9 Days latter I was driving away in my car. It looked great. I swear it looked even better than before. They even had it cleaned for me. I have to give it to Juan and his staff; you guys did a beautiful job and have gained another customer for life. This hands down is the best shop in Miami.

KENDALL WINDOW TINTING IS THE WORST PLACE TO DO YOUR TINTS. BEFORE YOU CONTINUE READING MY REVIEW, ASK YOURSELF... WHAT COMPANY WOULD INSTALL TINTS ON "ANY CAR" FOR $65.00???? EXACTLY!! THIS GUY IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, MOST UNRELIABLE SALESMAN IN MIAMI! I TOOK MY GF'S CAR TO GET TINTS HE BLATANTLY ADMITTED THAT HE HAD MESSED UP ON ONE OF THE BACK WINDOWS. HE ASKED ME TO COME BACK NEXT WEEK (AFTER MY CRUISE) DUE TO HIS LACK OF "SCHEDULING" HE HAD 6 CUSTOMERS WAITING AFTER ME. THREE OF THOSE CUSTOMERS WERE FOR U-HAUL RENTALS...!! HE STOPPED WORKING ON THE CAR THREE TIMES TO ASSIST UHAUL RENTING CUSTOMERS!! REALLY? OH IT GETS BETTER... SO I LEFT, I NOTICED SOME STREAKS, SOME BUBBLES ON THE TINTS. I THOUGHT TO MYSELF A LITTLE SUN AND IT SHOULD GO DOWN.. RIGHT? NO WAY!! I CAME BACK ON MY CRUISE (10 DAYS LATER) AND IT WAS STILL THERE. SO I GIVE HIM A CALL, HE SAYS HE'S WITH A CUSTOMER RIGHT NOW TO PASS BY IN AN HOUR. SO ME ALWAYS BEING PUNCTUAL, I DID JUST THAT. I WAS THERE THE TIME HE TOLD ME TO BE THERE. I DROP OFF THE CAR, TWO HOURS GO BY... NOTHING... I WAITED TILL FOUR HOURS LATER AND GIVE HIM A CALL. HE SAYS, "AHH MAN... I DON'T THINK I'M GOING TO BE ABLE TO DO IT.." REALLY WHAT THE HELL!!!! I WAS ENRAGED!! IF HE WASN'T ABLE TO DO IT, THEN HE SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT FROM THE START! INSTEAD DRIVE ALL THE WAY OVER THERE AND WAIT AROUND FOR NOTHING!!! I WENT BACK CUSSED HIM OUT AND GOT THE CAR BACK. THE NEXT MORNING I SHOWED UP AND TOLD HIM I WANTED A REFUND FOR THE HORRIBLE JOB AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HE GAVE ME!! HE DID NOT WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY. WE GOT INTO A HEATED ARGUMENT, AND FINALLY I CALLED THE COPS! UNFORTUNATELY, THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE IT WAS A CIVIL MANNER. I AM SUING THE COMPANY!! AS THIS WAS HAPPENING THERE WAS A GUY AND HIS PREGNANT WIFE THAT WERE WAITING FOR TINTS, I TOLD THEM NOT TO DO IT HERE AND TO JUST PAY THE EXTRA 30 DOLLARS AND GET QUALITY SERVICE. THIS GUY IS UNPROFFESIONAL AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO MANAGE A BUSINESS. IF EVERYONE WOULD JUST DO THEIR JOB RIGHT, THEY WOULD ONLY HAVE TO DO IT ONCE! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

My Mini Cooper was pretty grimy and dusty and it had been over a year since I had a (not so great) detail from a company in Miami. I had the full interior and exterior detail with My Premium Car Wash they did an awesome job! The guys who came are really cool too.

They live up to the word 'detail' for sure. Every square inch was clean. And the exterior was so slick and shiny that the sun was beaming off of it. Kinda distracting when driving. :)

Highly recommended!

On March 31st, I asked Ramiro Delgado of My Premium Carwash (B & D BUSINESS GROUP CORP, FEI: 263363421) to detail my wifes car. They came out the next day and washed the car. However, they used a razor to clean the side mirrors and subsequently scratched the mirrors. I informed the owner and he acknowledged that the damage was done by his employee ((I have email proof he stated this)) and he asked me to send him a quote to repair the mirrors. The quote came in at about $201. He did not respond to the quote. I emailed him and called him several times. After about 3 calls, he responded to my email saying he was "out of town". He stated he would not pay the $200 dollars but he would pay $100. He then sent me links to ebay sites that have the parts I need. When I agreed to the $100, he ignored my calls and emails again. This time it has been over two weeks and he has not responded nor sent me payment for the damages.

I have a civil complaint open with Angie's List, BBB and the State of Florida with this company. I'm not the only one.. Stay away..

I am long overdue to give these guys the 5 stars they deserve.
I used them once, then I referred them to a couple of people in my family; they are simply awesome!
They came to my job, changed the tires, cleaned really well after, and even charged my credit card from their mobile unit. I did not have to do anything, but wait for them to finsih and pay for the work.
I will use them again, no doubt.
100% Recommended!

Everyone please beware!!! Kendall tinting on 12461 SW 130th st owned by Paul a Jamaican is the worse shop and unprofessional place ever.... i do not recommend anyone to go there. they have a big sign outside that says lifetime warranty and on his receipt as well to bad i lost mine other wise i would have sued him, because i did not have the tints for less than a year and they turned green on me the worse part is he acknowledged to me that he was using a bad quality tint and he still did not honor the warranty he asked me to pay allover. ive learned my lesson pay more money for better quality!!!!!!!!!!!!! his name is paul his number is 3052161304 feel free to call this place and send them to hell.

Price is cheap but the tint quality is horrible, tints turned green in less than a year and he will not honor the lifetime warranty. I will never ever do my tints with Paul the Jamaican again his tints don't last long and he is very unreliable i would much rather pay additional 20-30 dollars extra and have them done at a legit shop not a warehouse and have it done right.
