After many tries to fix our vent, I searched for Dryer Vent Cleaning company. I am very glad that I called A Dryer Vent Cleaning Co to help with cleaning out the dryer vent for our home. They were prompt, courteous, and very helpful. The service was delivered quickly and efficiently.

While not the cheapest place in Las Vegas to have your ducts cleaned, A Dryer Vent Cleaning Co is extremely thorough, timely, and reliable. Last year we had them come out to clean our ducts and vents. They took several hours and did a great job!

The cartridges they sent out were physically broken, chunks of the cartridge were missing.

Terrible business, horrible customer service, said they talked our receptionist into agreeing to try their product, who has NO authorization to order anything. She said she agreed to accept more info and they sent the ink cartridges anyway.

I spoke with them several times and told them they needed to have someone pick them up and they said they sent our receptionist a label to send back and cannot send another one. And if we did not pay $15 for the shipping then they were sending us to collections.

We never do business with any phone salesmen due to this reason exactly. I would have looked up there business and found all the negative reviews on-line regarding Associated Supply Company and would have NEVER dealt with them. In fact, I found many negative reviews and not 1 was positive, that speaks for its self.

ADVICE - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Salesman was very pushy. His toner was the same price as the HP brand toner. He said his private label toners would fit my printer better than the HP brand (who made the printer). He said he didnt know how long it would last but it would last longer than the one I am using now. When I asked for a website he said he didnt know he didnt have time for that. I asked if I could think it over since it was a generic toner for name brand price and he said he had better things to do. They are very cheery to start out with but quickly become very agressive if you dont order right away. They probably had my business until I said I wanted to think about it and asked for the website and he responded, I have better things to do. Unbelievable these guys are even in business. BUY THE NAME BRAND FROM A LOCAL DEALER FOR THE SAME PRICE. DONT BE STUPID

I think its obvious they try to bury any negative ratings or comments with their own positive reviews

I've been using Associated Supply for about 7 years, and the quality of the products as well as the service provided by the company has been spectacular. Sam is my sales rep, and he's the only sales rep my company uses whose call we take even when we don't have an order to place.

Received a cold call from them and was talked into buying 2 Brother cartridges, which the guy claimed were of very high quality, the best you can buy, blah blah blah. The first one was empty in a month - this has NEVER happened with any other cartridge we've ever purchased, especially with the printer it was used in, which is a seldom used printer. The second one started leaking toner inside of our printer within a few days. Our printer repair guy told me that the cartridge was "very bad". I called to speak with the rep who sold these to me but was asked what I was calling for. When I told her the problem and that I wanted a refund she said that was an issue for customer service and she would forward my information to them and have them call me back. I have absolutely no illusions that I will ever hear from them again and that's fine because if and when they ever call me back I'll be able to remind them that they owe me a refund and then I'm sure I'll come off of their call list pronto. Will be reporting them to the BBB if they do not return my call in 48 hours. If you receive a call from Associated Supply, be smart and hang up immediately. Don't even apologize first. ***Update*** I received a call from my rep sometime later wanting to sell me more cartridges but I told him I was still waiting for a refund for the two bad ones he sold me before. He apologized profusely and told me he would get right on it and have someone call me to take care of it. Never happened. I don't know what all these high ratings are all about on this website (I'd never even heard of Rate It until today when AS called me yet again to sell me more toner - I told her why I would never buy from them again and she insisted they had high ratings here, which I suspect were created by AS employees and not real customers). As far as my experience with them, they defrauded me and deserve to be shut down.
