Received a cold call from them and was talked into buying 2 Brother cartridges, which the guy claimed were of very high quality, the best you can buy, blah blah blah. The first one was empty in a month - this has NEVER happened with any other cartridge we've ever purchased, especially with the printer it was used in, which is a seldom used printer. The second one started leaking toner inside of our printer within a few days. Our printer repair guy told me that the cartridge was "very bad". I called to speak with the rep who sold these to me but was asked what I was calling for. When I told her the problem and that I wanted a refund she said that was an issue for customer service and she would forward my information to them and have them call me back. I have absolutely no illusions that I will ever hear from them again and that's fine because if and when they ever call me back I'll be able to remind them that they owe me a refund and then I'm sure I'll come off of their call list pronto. Will be reporting them to the BBB if they do not return my call in 48 hours. If you receive a call from Associated Supply, be smart and hang up immediately. Don't even apologize first. ***Update*** I received a call from my rep sometime later wanting to sell me more cartridges but I told him I was still waiting for a refund for the two bad ones he sold me before. He apologized profusely and told me he would get right on it and have someone call me to take care of it. Never happened. I don't know what all these high ratings are all about on this website (I'd never even heard of Rate It until today when AS called me yet again to sell me more toner - I told her why I would never buy from them again and she insisted they had high ratings here, which I suspect were created by AS employees and not real customers). As far as my experience with them, they defrauded me and deserve to be shut down.
