The food was awesome. My wife and I ate dinner there on Friday evening. The place was packed. We arrived with no reservations. We were lucky to get a table. The food and especially the sauce were the best I have ever had in Rochester. The restaurant isn't fance. It's more of a Mom and Pop type of restaurant. The food and service were excellent. The prices for dinner were very reasonable. I want to eat there again soon. I highly recommend this restaurant to other's. You will fall in love with the amazing food and service that is Antonetta's Restaurant.

My daughter won a free sub at the Lunch Box spot in Henrietta NY. I went there for lunch today with my 3 kids. They had pasta dinners on the menu and the kids wanted pasta so I ordered one dinner dinner for everyone to share. Any mom knows to order sauce on the side when ordering pasta for kids in a restaurant..I clearly stated more than once I wanted the SAUCE ON THE SIDE. Pasta arrives and is covered in sauce. Kids refuse to eat it. I brought the pasta back to the woman who had taken my order and reminded her I had ordered it with sauce on the side. She tells me that the meatballs have sauce on them and I told her that was ok but I wanted pasta with no sauce and I wanted sauce on the side. No apology for screwing up. Pasta comes back to me "he took as much sauce off as he could". No apology. No offer to make me a new meal. The woman asked me if that was ok, I said "I hope so" and took it. I was so dumbfounded that they didn't try to fix their mistake that I didn't know what to do. The kids ate it and yes it was pretty good pasta. But now I am doing an extra load of laundry to get the sauce out of their clothes. I went back inside (we were eating outside) to get more napkins and told the woman that I was very disappointed. She told me she would let the owner know. Did he come to say he was sorry?? NO! We sat there and ate the food and NEVER ONCE saw the owner. The food wasn't bad but there are plenty of other places to get that kind of food that are just as good. But I will not be doing business with someone who refuses to fix their mistakes and would rather loose a customer than an order of pasta.

My visit to Antoinette's Restaurant in Rochester Italian Restaurants was amazing. I enjoyed the great food and family like surroundings. Meal was for lunch and served quickly with lots bread drink. I feel it is the best deal for quality around Rochester!

I talk about this place often to friends; however, I do give the following disclaimer:if you are going for fancy building with over priced low taste food do not darken the doorway.

They advertised in the Clipper and I decided to give them a try. I cannot eat tomatos and there are few places that make a really good white garlic pizza, so I am always skeptical. I put the pizza on the back seat of the car and the smell was just so intoxicating, I actually pulled over to get a piece to eat as I drove home. In a 10 minute drive I was on my third piece from the sheet as I got home. Baked not burnt and light on the oil & garlic - so good and the wings are good - a little too crispy for my taste and the fried dough was so good and tasted so fresh but not greasy. I was so impressed that they were not offended at my instructions(baked not burnt, light on the garlic and oil) I could tell they wanted me to be happy.

They have this amazing chicken soup served at lunch time. We always order it, no matter when we go in. We're working on sampling our way down the entire menu. Anytime we have guests in from out of town, we always make sure to go there for dinner. At lunch time, it can be very crowded- but you can still be in and out in thirty minutes if you don't take too long to order. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great food at a very reasonable price!

I will never go to Subway again! Dibella's is fantastic and so addicting. Customer service has always been wonderful as well. There has only been one time a mistake was made, and when we told them, they were so kind about it and not only fixed the sub and didn't charge us, but also gave us cards for 3 free subs!! That's customer service! Whenever family or friends come into town they beg me to take them to Dibella's. When my sister was in town, she had to have a sub from them EVERYDAY! My father keeps trying to think of ways to buy a bunch of subs and take them home, 7hrs away because he can't believe how great they are. When I was pregnant, I could have bought stock in this place. I lived on it. In fact, I plan t have them tonight! If you like chocolate chip cookies, you have to pick up a box on your way out....fantastic, just like everything else there.
