I own a small business and have used Paychex to handle my payroll for the last couple of years. I have done payroll myself in the past and I strongly recommend a small business owner choose an outside service like Paychex.com.

I have encountered nothing but friendly, knowledgeable agents when dealing Mazzola Insurance, and the savings are terrific! They work with companies across the country to get the lowest rate on auto and homeowners' insurance. I saved several hundred dollars and would recommend everyone go to Mazzola first!

Mazzola is an amazing company where I saved hundreds of dollars on insurance compared to my other company. I switched from Gieco and the rate was odooles better then with gieco. If you have had a bad experience it is because you either did not pay on time or you were probably jerks with stupid questions. The hours are really good hours especially with comapies they represent you can call 24 hours. I was always helped even if I was not dealing with Mazzola directly (the other companies on 24 hour call). They were really great

I went in for an insurance quote and while I was there, one of the owners received a call from a customer he obviously knew. He put the customer on hold and I said, "Go ahead. Take the call." I wasn't in a hurry. He said, "That's O.K. He'll wait." I couldn't believe how rude this was and basically got the quote and left. I thought, if he treats his regular customers like this, how is he going to treat me once I become a customer? I got a better quote somewhere else with the exact same coverage...and I'm glad.

I went in for an insurance quote and met with the owner. In the middle of our conversation, he received a call from a customer who he (obviously) knew. He put the customer on hold. I told him to go ahead and take the call. I figured that I'd be there a while anyways. He said, "That's O.K. He'll wait." I tried to tell him to go ahead and take the call, that I was in fact, in no hurry at all, and still, he wouldn't pick up the phone. I tried to get out of there ASAP and got my quote and went somewhere else. I thought, if he treats his current customers like that, well, I just didn't want to be a part of that particular crowd. With cowboy mailing houses, you have to be on your guard for all kinds of problems. But you never expect them to actually throw away the product you want to mail -- yet that's exactly what Ace Services did to us. We had some problems with the mailing, including with the printer delivering incorrectly specified items that were too heavy to ship, which then took a long lead time to replace. But the response of Ace Services was to send us a mail threatening to throw away our items unless we shipped them out in two weeks. We were unable to get an alternative mailing house in time, and emailed them politely on the due day asking them to hold the items for a few days. A few days later, we emailed asking for the package weight so we could arrange shipment, but got no reply. When we chased up by phone, someone called Chris told us the items had been thrown away, and then hung up the phone. It makes sense that mailing houses can't keep materials indefinitely. You can imagine them charging you rental for keeping them. But just throwing them away -- that's a bit shocking. If you're considering using this firm, you might want to think about what this story reveals about their approach to service.
