The office people are very friendly, but this is about the maintenance. The upstairs apartments dish washer leaked down into our kitchen. they fixed the up stairs problem, but next day came thinking they would come back. They did nothing and the water damage was getting worse. it got in my food. So finally I called them. They sent this mean guy and he looked at it and said he had to wait till it dried to fix it. and I'm like so i have to stay like this, and live with mold growing in my kitchen. i can't live like this i don't think anyone would, and he said well thats your propagative. next day i called them back and said look rip it all out or I lawyer up. low and behold the pipes where leaking and a huge wave of water poured out along with MOLD when he tore it down, the man was like well that would've never dried. Stuck a fan up there then left. Then 2 days later he came back and fixed it they saythey have a professional come and clean the carpet which they take $40.00 from your deposit The first night we slept on the floor no bed.we found hard candy, & dirt. When we woke my boyfriends and my eyes where swelled shut due to pet dander.They have a pool thats green still with stagnant water. They haven't put chemicals in it and they have had the water in it now for 3 months now. A mating pair of ducks use it as there own private pond. they said it would be open on Memorial day, but now middle of June. It takes two sec to put chemicals in it. I wont go swimming when the pool is up they wont take care of it people will get really sick.
They took so long to put up the sprinklers the grass is already dead. they run it in the day when its so hot it kills the grass even more from scalding, and the sprinklers soak the grill and picnic area all day
The washers and dryers take special coins that cost a dollar each, and you can only get them while the office is open Mon thru Fri until 5pm.The dryers never dry even the smallest size loads. It takes$4 to do one load of wash
