Good, although not perfect.
The good - customer service is excellent. You don't get charged for any banking at a different atm other than the fees that the ATM set, you can see and speak over the phone to a real banker without having to wait too long.
The bad - I set up a monthly automatic transfer from a hills bank account to my usbank account of $300. I was told that there would be a $5 per transaction. I was fine with that. I was also told that if the money wasn't there, they wouldn't take it out (overage protection). When the first transfer comes, they take out $300 to transfer + another $300 hold on it, putting me in overdraft and slapping me with a $57 fine on top of that (not good for a student with limited to no income). Fortunately, after a hefty argument the fee was lifted. My relationship with this bank has been strained. However, this bank is far better than USBank (who slap you with random fees for everything!). I will be closing my USBank accounts tomorrow.
