Just received my bill, and they estimated it for the second month in a row. The problem is that they decided I used 5000 gallons, nearly 80 dollars, while the house is vacant. I called to have the meter actually read, and THE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED!!!!! What kind of utility company has their phone disconnected?

I don't think there has been a single week in the one year I lived here when all my trash and recyclables ware picked up. Each time, at least a few pieces of trash were thrown across my driveway and yard, occasionally entire bags of trash were left behind.

If they forget to pick your trash up, and you call the company. They will tell you that it wasn't close enough to the street. When it was 3 feet from the pavement. In short, if the driver forgets, which is not just every once in awhile, and you complain, they make excuses and you don't get the trash picked up.

I had one of their agents, my agent leave me a nasty email and voice mail because I sent her an email questioning why they took too much money out of my account. I tried calling Mr. Peters to explain to him why I was so un happy and he had the agent call me back...I don't want to talk to her...I wanted to talk to him. I have emailed him...no return email I called his office 8 times yesterday. This man will not talk to me. This is not a man that cares about his customers.

Lindrick Service Corp. is the only utility available where I live in New Port Richey for water. Their rates are reasonable (though if the buyout goes through I hear this won't be the case in the future). However, on numerous occassions, including today, they'll work on updating/replacing their water pipes, and the water will turned off - WITHOUT ANY PRIOR WARNING to residents. In addition, 98 out of 100 times when you call them to discuss bills or other issues, you get a busy signal. It is UNFORGIVABLE as a business in this day and age not to have an answering service or voicemail of some sort so that customers can at least leave a message, or so you can record a message that gives residents information when water mains are turned off. Also, they don't have a website or list an email address, so there is no alternative way to contact them. Shame on them for being stuck in the 1970's and offering terribly, terribly poor outbound communications to their customers.

I have never dealt with a stone age company as Lindrick. There is no form of communication with them, only a phone number, and when you call them 95% of the time the person to speak to is not available. Today November 23 2009 they closed down the water system to Gulf Harbors from 8:45 am to 6:00 pm 9 hours with no water, no water to the homes, no water to the fire hydrants no water period! They don't care about the customer, they could of easily done a bypass to the pipes that they had to change or do this work late at night as any other responsable utility company would of done, but not Lindricks they just shot down the whole water system not caring about the consumer. Oh by the way their rates are not reasonable neither, we are 3 adults in our home and we are conservative with our water usage and our bill is from $80.00 to $130.00 per month! We have asked why such a great fluctuation during many months through the year, we don't have a pool, we don't have a dishwasher, there are no leaks, so where is the water going? Can it be the non professional meter reading crew that drives up in their van and one guy hollers the reading to a another person in the van? A lot can be lost in that holler! Please don't get me going in regards to the poison we are subject to drink, every-time that they shut the water down we must boil the water, there has been so many news reports of the poor quality of water that we have to put up with... We have to always buy bottle drinking water, because the taste and quality of this water is not acceptable. We are under the understanding that Lindrick is being sold out to FAGUA and there will be a painful increase in their rates, but not as high as LIndrick was asking a 66% increase, but if we are going to have quality drinking water, better communication, better management and service then what we are receiving from the nitwits of Lindrick the increase is worth it. So long Lindricks your services will not be needed anymore! Gulf Harbor Resident

I called for new service and the office woman was very friendly and helpful in starting up my account. The men on the truck have done a great job so far. Since I just moved into an older house I have had an excess amount of trash. I have tried to portion it out so I don't overload the guys. Every day after pick up, I go outside wondering if they left anything. Nope, they take it all. I am very happy to have them pick up trash at my driveway and not leave a mess behind. It sure beats going to the dump. If they didn't come so early in the morning I would tip them.

They were great. The job wasn't supposed to take as long as it did but issues came up and they worked around it and stayed until they finished. Wonderful.

The worst customer services. Very rude! Our services had stopped because we were unpaid. We had a child in the hospital so some bills got overlooked. I sent in payment and called to be informed that they sent 3 notices to us. There were no notices sent and no phone call I have gone through all mail and phone list. The customer service rep wanted to argue with me about it. Just unreal now I know why there are so many bad reviews for them. Hope I can find a new service.
