I went in for an emergency visit, and was told I needed to take antibiotics and come back in 2 days for a root canal. I had to bring $230 and the insurance would pay the rest. I did this and had a root canal done. At the 1st visit Dr. O'Rourke-Allen was very nice and seemed to be very particular. I felt comfortable and was in pain so I went back for the treatment. BIG MISTAKE. I even gave the Dr. the benefit of the doubt when she had a bad attitude and was down right mean on the day of the treatment. I just assumed she was having a bad day. The worst dental experience i have ever had followed. I had the root canal done and returned 3 weeks later for the permanent crown, and thats when I had to pay another $230 to finallize the out of pocket expenses. When they were removing the temporary crown they broke the tooth, but said it would be OK. 2ND BIG MISTAKE. But I did not know any better. I am now 8 weeks later and in excruciating pain because the tooth is now abcessed. I have returned 3 times to Dr. Sancerie O'Rourke-Allen, and was told the last time " I don't know whats wrong with you" and was reffered to an endodontist. I have had to now pay an additional $150 out of pocket and I now have to have the tooth pulled and a bone graft, another $550, to make this tooth stop hurting.
