There are lots of gyms and trainers in town. The Results difference are the two owner/trainers, Erika and Aron.
I've "enjoyed" three years of workouts with Erika and Aron. The workouts are tailored to meet my needs --both my goals and working around occasional physically limiting aches or stresses. The workouts are varied and challenging-- and have included weight machines, dumb bells, kettle bells, bands, ropes or boxing and plyometrics.
