I just got off the phone with my credit card company! They are reversing the charges as I have put in a dispute. I ordered (6) stone switch plates costing just over $143 with shipping. I was sent an email confirming my order and the charges on my credit card-and that was it. Calling their customer service line is just a waste of time, cell minutes and mobile phone charges. No one answers. No one responds to any email sent inquiring about my order. Whoever is on the other end taking our money should be put in jail. Oh, and I Google-mapped them and guess what is at their "address"?!!! A UPS Store!!!!!!! Nice. I think a trip to Louisville is in order. To buy a 'Slugger'!
