customer service shoddy and they don't honor their warranties. quick to take money but refuse to make it right.

I have had my cars and trucks repaired at Texican Transmission and Motors for over 20 years and never had a bad experience. The mechanics are courteous and knowledgeable. The job is completed when they say it will.

I spoke to the owner about the previous bad review and he told me that this person wrote a bad check, he had to repossess the car.

No wonder they can't remember what the other mechanic said. The next mechanic is probably still trying to collect on their bill.

I highly recommend Texican Transmission.

Terrible service department. I ve been lied to about my truck being worked on, and they do not stand by their work. They will charge you of course for the work that they screwed up in stead of standing by their original work. I had my truck their for ac repair and head stud installation. They gave me my truck back and said the ac was blowing cold, 30 degrees to be exact on the paper work. When I got in the truck it was not blowing cold but hot air, like when I brought it to them to begin with. Then they offered to fix it for real and charge me for it. The head stud job required them to pull the motor from the truck. When I got the truck back the power steering was whining real bad, and it was difficult to steer. They said it was air in the system and that it would fix it self. Conviently, I now have to buy a new pump, and with 60 000 miles on the truck its amazing that after I got the truck back the pump goes bad. I never guessed that here in El Paso, a military town, that these people would take advantage of me like this. Im not made out of money, Im just a young soldier.

My daughter was recently involved in a car accident. Her vehicle was totaled. She has very little credit and was having a hard time getting financed. We went to Bestway Autos and they were able to approve her. Yes the interest rate is a bit high but she is very happy with the service and her new vehicle. Thank you Bestway Autos.

MARTINS TRANSMISSION SHOP RIPS OFF SOLDIERS THE OWNER IS A COMPLETE JACKA$$ THAT WILL USES CHEAP PARTS TELLS YOU HE TEARS DOWN THE TRANSMISSION ALL HE DOES IS USE A 50 DOLLAR SPAG KIT AND A USED TORQUE COVERTOR AND CHARGES YOU ALMOST 1K WITH A CRAPY 6 MONTH WARRANTY ..

We at Upper Valley Automotive acknowledge that the tech that is no longer working at Upper Valley Automotive did indeed have a problem with Nancy Aniszewska's KIA however we did offer to fix our problem for free even if I had to replace the engine on the shop expense. The customer did not want us to fix it and wanted a new engine from KIA. We are only human and human makes mistakes. It's how you fix the mistake its what you are most valued. Since Nancy didn't want us to make it right and insisted to get it her way, we have decided to let our shop insurance to take care of the claim. We at Upper Valley Automotive have terminated the tech that caused to the problem and as of Nov 2009 we now employed a certified ASE master tech and continue to grow. We have been in business for four and half years and we continue to grow and gain new client everyday. We do our best and go the distance with our clients with honesty and respect.

I would not even give this place a rating of one star, here's my experience: I have Honda Fit that was in an accident on Friday April 2, 2010. My insurance company sent my car to Rudolph Body & Paint via tow truck. It needed a new windsheild, hood, wiper, and some side trim. It took took 4 business days for an estimate, after not hearing anything for the first three days, my fiance and I started calling to check on the progress, they didn't respond or acknowledge our concern. After we received the estimate, they said the service would take seven days. Seven days later, we called to check on the progress, anxious to pick up the car. Once again, they did not call back, respond to voice messages, or answer any questions. They called back a several days later saying they would need to "repaint the hood" as it did not pass "their" inspection. Twenty days after my accident, they finally inform me that my car is done. We asked if it was CLEAN and ready for us to inspect, they said "yes." We had been persistant from the beginning that we demanded perfection and that we would be inspecting it before approving any charges. When we went to pick it up, it was so dirty we could not verify the work. We wanted to check the paint and the fade in particular since dark purple is a difficult color to deal with. We picked it up anyway, took it home, and hand-washed it a few hours later. We were anxious to see how it all looked. When we were finally able to see how it looked, we were shocked! They painted a white car next to mine, and now there were white spray paint specks ALL over my car, to include the roof, back window, back painted portion, the painted mirrors, and both sides. It looked and felt horrible it is very rough to the touch. And to top it off, on the roof, we saw an outline of where they must have had the car taped off. The white paint did not come off, and it covered so much of my car that it was in worse condition than when I brought it to the shop. There was also a paint streak on the hood, after they painted it twice, scratches on the inside of my brand new windshield, and scratches from the accident that were not fixed. I go to pick up my car for a second time, only to see that they attempted to fix the white paint, but missed two main spots, a back quarter panel and the driver's side mirror. So, after 4 weeks of not having my car, I had to leave it in their hands AGAIN to get it fixed (on their dime this time). 4 days later I picked it up for a third time. And this time they have messed up not once, not twice, but three times! They fixed the quarter panel, and attempted to fix the mirror, but they forgot to paint one side of the mirror, so it looks matte black. And, they took some rubber trim off my car and did not properly adhere it, so when I was driving down I-10, it fell off and started flopping around while I was driving. Dealing with this body shop has been a living nightmare for me. I do not feel proud to drive my car anymore, I have lost all respect for body shops in the area, and I feel that when you mess up, you should correct the problem the first time, not create more problems. I am still dealing with them to get my car back to normal. My car should not be worse off because of their stupidity! This place needs to be shut down! Do not go there. They are rude and inexperienced and you will be disappointed guaranteed!
