I have used this kennel a number of times for boarding, grooming and even training. Altogether we have spent several hundred dollars at their establishment. I recently made an appointment to have both my dogs groomed. I showed up at the appointed time, the front door was open, but there was nobody at the front desk. I waited 15 minutes, rang the doorbell and called several times. Finally, a caretaker comes out, rudely tells me that they don't open for another 15 minutes and insists that I must leave. If you want a kennel were they just want your money and don't care about customer service, this place is ideal.

Reed Jones is an AMAZING vet. We had a golden retriever that hadn't eaten much of anything for 3 months (yes, 3 months!), lost 30 pounds and no one could tell us what was wrong with him. Reed did some tests, found a small problem, gave us some medicine for it and told us our dog would eat the next day. HE DID EAT and never stopped until he passed away a year later from old age. We have called it divine intervention. The dog had been to specialists and even they couldn't help us with the problem. We highly recommend Reed.

Dr. Hines is the best veterinarian I have ever had for my pets. He is very knowledgeable and seems to intuitively know what the pet needs. He has gotten to the bottom of my pet's health issues and as a result has saved me a fortune in vet bills and enabled my pet to live many more years than I ever thought possible. Dr. Hines you are the best!

Wow! What an amazing experience I had at this specialty clinic. My cat was very sick, so I was referred to Dr.Brad Hines at this specialty clinic. He was very compassionate and explained everything in detail. He knew, after running a few tests, exactly what was wrong with my cat! My regular veterinarian couldn't figure it out, but Dr.Hines did! Thank you for saving my cats life, to the wonderful staff and to Dr.Hines. My cat, Simba, would no longer be here if it were not for this specialty clinic and Dr.Hines!

Lucky Dog has been my dog's favorite place in the world for 2 years, and he is excited every time we arrive for daycare! The staff is wonderful and the facility is large and clean, with great amenities for the dogs. Rascal loves pool time in the summer (and of course the ice cream) and he's a big guy so he appreciates the space. I would be the first in line to congratulate the management of the this excellent facility (and I often do!)

As a physician with a four legged baby girl, I trust only the best! Stephanie has cared for my dog for two years and is the reason she is alive today! One day while I was attending to human's needs her skilled eye noticed that my dog was ill. She rushed her to the vet where she underwent life saving surgery/ transfusions. She stayed with me the whole time. She has continued to care for my baby daily. I trust no one else!

I can confirm the story of another person who wrote a comment on here. The horses are skinny and the kids are told if they want to hang out there they need to do the work. If your paying for lessons and boarding then why on earth should you do all the work? The trainer who I had expierence with ( I was there for several years) had little to zero expierence. She was VERY young (fresh out of high school) and she was the main problem along with her parents (who own the place). They know little about horse care they just wanted to get a place for their daughter to play in. I promise you the fantastic ratings on here were posted by them. The students and boarders did and I'm sure still do most of the work. They put on a good show promoting a family atmosphere and all but be warned they are a completely different story! Please trust the people who spent years there. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS OR YOUR HORSES THERE!!!! Better places can be found! Apperently they have also changed their name to Raptor Ridge to escape a bad reputation within the horse industry.
