Owner Mark Rees is rude, dishonest and disrespectful. I ordered a chest online and then realized the measurements wouldnt work for my space. I called to cancel less than 8 hours later, and was told it had already shipped. We were able to compromise that I would pay to ship it back and pay for his shipping to me (even though he had offered free shipping at the time of purchase and I did not initially pay for his shipping) but he agreed to waive the restock fee. Then, I check the tracking information and find out that it was never picked up for shipment. He assured me that it was, and that he had Fed Ex tracing it. I called Fed ex to verify and was told that no trace or investigation had been requested. I asked for the contact information for the fed ex people he was working with and he refused to give it to me. He called me accusatory, and said that life was too short to deal with "my kind". Sorry, but I paid him over $300 and had nothing to show for it. I was just suppose to believe that he shipped it, when I had proof that he didnt. I had to open a pay pal claim and am still waiting to get my money back. Do not buy from this business!

Whenever I need an appliance serviced or repaired I will be calling Shane! He's like a boyscout honest, trustworthy , friendly, and courteous :) Showed up when he said he would and wasn't even phased being greeted by a pack of company loving dogs.

He quickly figured out what was wrong with our freezer and even had the part on hand. He could have easily told us anything about what was wrong because we were clueless but it was a small part that was needed and actually very inexpensive compared to what some parts like the compressor would have cost.

Shane is very friendly and personable plus he knows his stuff and he's not out to gouge his customers... so quit reading and go ahead and give him a call already sheesh :)

I'm a repeat customer and Shane was actually able to show up ahead of time (he called, of course to confirm) for the appt. to fix my dryer. He let me know it had a defective heating element and had it fixed and running as good as new in no time at all. What a relief. Shane is very courteous and provides excellent customer service at a great price. Don't hesitate to call Shane's Appliance Repair.

Shane is the BEST! He does what he says he is going to do when he says he is going to do it. I would not hesitate a moment to refer him. His prices on parts and labor can't be beat! John Stuart

We had a GE gas cooktop on which only two burners would ignite automatically. Had been using a lighter to light the others when needed. Made an appointment to have Shane come out on a Saturday (at no extra cost!) to look at it. He's very personable, easy to work with, and knows his stuff. He had the cooktop out and found the issue (a loose wire) fairly quickly and had everything working and reinstalled within an hour or so. He'll be our first call should we have another appliance go out.

First I ordered, then I read the reviews. Then I waited with trepidation. My order arrived in a timely manner, but most importantly, it was very well packaged. There was tissue paper between the many pieces, all the parts were there and the hefty cardboard box that contained my order (a media storage cabinet) was well reinforced so that there was no damage in shipping. Folks, this is not "fine furniture". But the whole cabinet is real wood (pine) and after assembly, my husband and I are most pleased. One part that could have gone awry, the double doors, are perfectly aligned. We followed the instructions to the letter and as we were moving through the steps I wondered "is this right?" because it did not look like a cabinet to me. But, trust the instructions! We have a real nice cabinet.
Definitely worth the price. Only one thing was not so hot. One of the door panels had a knot in the wood (Mother nature, you know), right on the edge. When we screwed it together, it cracked. We did have to do a minor repair but painted, you can't see it.

We spent over $5,000 on less then 800 sf because of their lifetime installation warranty. The installer did not sand done the subfloor before laying down the flooring. We now have bumps and the floor looks terrible. I have talked to the owner Jim and he will not fix it. I have also, wrote the BBB and still he will not honor his installation warranty. Save yourself the heartache of an ugly floor and go somewhere else!
