I thought because this store was affilated with Sears, that they would have the same ethics and customer service. This is NOT the case with this store.
Terrible customer service and their products are questionable. Also, don't expect delivery even near the date that they promise. They will tell you whatever they think you want to hear in order to make the sale, but once you sign the sales agreement, all bets are off.

I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy.....

These people shouldn't be allowed to continue in business with the ridiculously poor customer service!!!!!!
While trying to sell you something, they are very nice, accomodating, and seem knowledgable about their business. Once you sign the purchase agreement (read the small print very, very, carefully.. I wish I had!!) everything changes dramatically.

1. Delivery promises are a joke!! Expect to wait months before you see what you purchased.. and by the way, once you have paid for the furniture, you own it whether it ever gets to your house or not... this is the small print I was talking about.

2. The people who answer the phones are rude and act like you are bothering them just because you are trying to find out where the furniture you purchased may be this week.

3. The manager... OMG! I cannot even begin to speak about how rude the manger was to me....

If I have ever spoke badly about used car salemen or lawyers, I apologize to all of them, because I have finally found the true bottom of the barrel!!!!!!

Bought a washer/dryer set a few months ago for $350.00. What a bargain - but the washer had to be fixed two months later and now my dryer stopped working.
The employees there were so helpful and fixed the washer in just a few days the last time.
Let's see if they are just as helpful to fix the dryer or replace it!!
First time in buying used...not sure if I would do it again!!

Our home was built in 1993 . "Alenco windows" were installed through out.
They were hard to open and close, up and down, and with the larger ones, slide back and forth.
They leak horribly with the moisture as well as the wind. We did have Alenco people come
out and adjust, replace, install various vinyl parts, weather stripping etc. Well guess what,
it never improved them. Two windows have cracked glass on the inside pane so I called to
have more improvements done to these crappy windows only to learn that the parts are no
longer available. Their response was, "Alenco only keeps parts available for seven years, after
that you should simply replace them". You would think Alenco would have parts that were
generic and could be purchased at most window or hardware stores. I guess servicing their
own product is now copletely out of the question. Sad, Sad, Sad,...... No wonder Joe public
no longer trusts companies and why a lot of them have or are going out of business.

I bought furniture here and had it delivered to my home. The lady told me when I was paying for the delivery that it included pick up for old furniture then the delivery people tell my husband that they can't take it and it is not included. My husband thinks they take it because they said nothing about leaving it in my front yard, and this was a king size frame still all together. On top of that they put a hole in my stucco and when I complained to the store manager he called me a liar basically because his men would not lie to him and the pieces are not that tall but my head board is as tall as me and I am 5'4". So they basically don't want to take responsibility for their actions and call their customers liars.

A Classic Glass is an excellent company to work with. They were very patient and focused on quality work and customer service. I will go back to them in the future.
