One star is too high for this service, I would have given them negative 20 if it were possible:

I shipped two bicycles from Newport RI to Sacramento, CA in September 2009. One bike made it the other didn't. When I called to find out where the second bike was they had no idea. Turns out they have no chain of custody control and anyone, anywhere can just walk away with your box at anytime and they have no way to know. So Angelo at the Newport Store can just put your box in his trunk and sell it on ebay and greyhound has no way to prevent it. Would have been nice to know that little tidbit up front.

Also when you call their "customer support", a term I use loosely, they couldn't care less. I spoke to the frontline service they could only “send an email to see if anyone has seen the box” and tell me to file a claim. I spoke to the CS supervisor, no help. Moved on Frank Carroll, the area manager, left several messages, he didn’t even have the courtesy to call back. Then I went to the General Manager, Greg Grassman, he talked all kinds of sweet and promised to call me back later that day or the next day, but never did.

The rub is that they would only allow me to insure these two bikes, valued at $1,600.00 each for $300.00 each. That should have been a warning, but I thought, hey, it would be hard for them to do 300 dollars worth of damage, never thinking that their internal processes where so weak there was a very high potential for a total loss. Now they’re into me for $1,300.00 and couldn’t care less. Don’t use this service but if you can’t resist the low price don’t ship anything that you can’t insure for the full value. And expect them to drag their feet paying the claim when, not if, they “loose it”.

I have waited a weeks to calm down before publicly reviewing them to be a bit more fair and this is the best I can do.

I give them my annual “collection of D-Bags” award.

Rude bus drivers! They must have been drill sargents! My husband and I booked through Greyhound. We had a transfer and we were on the way to Batan Rouge from Tennessee. The driver was running late. We did not get a scheduled break for 9 hours. Restrooms on bus were filthy. No toilet paper or napkins to compensate. I asked if I could run in and use one of the restrooms when we were at a scheduled pick-up, I was told no and to stay on the bus. I asked the driver if he could run in to the Delta terminal to get us some supplies for the rest room he stated he had napkins. He opened his compartment and handed me a string of crumpled napkin to use....disgusting! The ride on the way back a week later was no different except for the driver. Drill sargents I tell you! In my opinion the drivers like to hear themselves speak and bark orders! We will fly next time.

I have never been dissatisfied with my stay. Every time we stay, the experience seems to improve. My husband and I usually get the Master King Suite with the Jacuzzi Bath. Our Church has stayed over on several occasions. We have held Banquets and also used the Conference Room. This is a wonderful place to stay. Bishop Ann Ambers

My friends rented the Bon Temps Limo bus for my bachelorette party a few weekends ago. It was a blast! Perfect way to go being that we were going to New Orleans and no one wanted to be the designated driver! It was totally different than what I expected. It was not cheesy like the "Boogy Bus", which is what I was afraid of. It looked a lot like a limo inside but with plenty of space to actually move around and dance. I was very impressed by the driver. He was very polite and was very cautious of us in New Orleans being that our group was all girls. There was an Ipod in the front of the bus that controled the sound system and also hooked up to a HUGE tv in the back of the bus and played the music videos. It was a great way to party and not worry about anything!

Do yourself, a favor and go somewhere else. My cart spent 1 1/2 months at this shop, when I was told it would be done in a week. They put additional parts on my cart that I didn't authorise, then when asked to remove the parts, they wanted to charge me more labor.
