The owner seems to be very impatient, pushy, and rude. Perhaps they have so much business that a new customer is irrelevant. Never proceeded with the rug cleaning, as the appointment was canceled due to their prissy and rude tone of voice via telephone. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Ali Haghighi is as charming as his rugs. The whole experience was fantastic. I really wasn't sure what I was looking for and they came to my house and helped me pick out rugs that fit perfectly. Oh and make sure you meet the parot Tooti, he's fabulous.
