Photography Shoppe is so UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE to their clients! They never answer the phone or emails. I tried over and over and over again and never got a phone call or email back. My mother even tried because I wanted PROOF that this company is a piece of crap! First off, my first session, the Engagement pictures, they called me the day before and said that they had scheduled a wedding on the day of our pictures and they needed to reschedule! We had that scheduled MONTHS in advance and they should NOT have had to wait until the day before if that was really the case. Second, when we got to the session for the Engagements, we had been waiting there for 30 minutes and had to call twice to see where the photographer was to make sure they were going to show up since they already rescheduled them once. The girl on the phone said he was on his way and would be there ANY MINUTE! We watched the guy drive up...got out of the car talking on his cell phone. We got out of the car and went up to him and he LIED and said that he had been there watching for us! Next, the Bridal pictures! I stood in a small square of a bathroom with my wedding dress on for over an HOUR because the girl was late getting there. Keep in mind that I was paying for the place to take the pictures. But that didn't matter to her because when she did get there, she just walked up to us and stood there. My best friend/bridesmaid made her apologize to me for being late! Next AGAIN! At the wedding, I had to ask where one of the photographers were to take a picture of the Groom's cake. Guess where he was!?! EATING a plate of food with his camera sitting on the table! After it was all said and done, I had paid for a large package with the copyright of the pictures. I can't open them but once on a computer and then they won't open again. They have done something to the disks that won't allow them to open again after you have viewed them. I called and finally got in touch with some guy that told me that I could only use it on the new Microsoft 7 software and to try it again. So I did. I tried 6 different computers and all the computers told me that I was trying to open a blank disk! I have a brand new iMac computer and he says that the pictures won't open on that type of computer! Excuse ME!!! I think that if I pay $2000 for pictures, I BETTER be able to open my pictures any where I damn well please!!! I took the CDs to a computer tech and he said too that something has been tampered with. Now, unless they fix what they have done, I have no pictures from my wedding after all the money I have spent! I do NOT recommend this company to anyone unless you are looking for a hard time and the run-arounds! I am severely irate about all that I have been through with this company and I DO BELIEVE that they should be reported to the Better Business Bureau! And I sure do hope Photography Shoppe gets to see all the reviews written on them. This one should make them VERY HAPPY!!!! Thanks! And have a fantastic day!!!
