My 4 yr old grand-daughter bought a pair of Tony Lama Boots with money she had won running barrels in the NBHA, and TCSP the end of March 2013. The first couple of weeks she had them, the insoles both came out. I didn't think too much about this, but thought they should have been made better for $100 kid boots. By the first of July, the stitching was coming apart where the upper is sewn to the lower on both boots. I returned them to the store only to be told they didn't know if Tony Lama would do anything about it. They took her only pair of boots to send them off to the company. It's now been three weeks, and they still can't tell me anything other than it could be 6 more weeks. I tried to contact Tony Lama directly only to be told to take them back to the store, and it could be 8 weeks before I got an answer. The most upsetting part of it all, is that my grand daughter runs barrels in 2 associations, and runs for points for some pretty nice year end awards. It is against the rules for her to ride without boots, and since the boots are tied up in all this mess she has had to miss 2 events, and has slipped down in points. The store, nor Tony Lama cares about this either. I've bought boots from Wal-Mart and paid $20-30 for them, and they lasted longer than this. I will NEVER buy another pair of Tony Lamas, nor will I ever spend another penny in the store I bought these from. The problem is obviously a defect in workmanship. I have since seen other bad reviews on Tony Lama, and how they refuse to stand behind their products. I have also failed to find any kind of warranty or guarantee for them. Buyer beware if you use the boots for their intended purpose... riding horses. I guess if all you do is go dance once a week they'd be ok, maybe not.

The above picture does not do the brand justice. Sure these are the iconic Croc but some Crocs are just too cute to pass up. I love Crocs and the flip flop is super comfy. I also have some sandals that I could not imagine a summer without. They are comfy and they are fashionable. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Review Icon saleslady reviewed Naot in Shoe Brands:
Naot is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I especially like them for work because of the superior construction and durability. The cork insole is the best platform I have experienced for keeping my feet from hurting after being on them for 5-8 hours.

Good for driving German cars that are $20,000 for the car, $55,000 for the hood ornament.
