I had greatshades.com replace lenses in a pair of brand new non wrap sunglasses and they came back with the edge of the lenses very poorly finished and some minor cracking. They cracked entirely about a month later due to their poor workmanship and after I emailed them thinking I would get at the very least the lenses replaced or my money back. Here is the answer I received
"I don't guarantee other people's frames. you know you have sent me an already broken product for me to repair for you. In fact, the lens form does explain the process completely.
If you want a guarantee, inquire with the original manufacturer.
Obviously, I don't guarantee every product that other companies have ever made whether they are new or have been used by you for an unspecified period of years." Later they said to send them back and they may take a look at it and possibly fix it. Needless to say I never sent them back as their work is so poor I didn't want them to touch my frames. Horrible craftsmanship and customer service. Buyer beware.
