The shortest lived reel I've ever owned! In less than three months of avid fishing the nylon/plastic gears were missing three teeth. I didn't try to return the reel because quite frankly it was born a piece of junk and I never wanted it in my hand again. I picked up a Shimano Calcutta 201B and I've worked it VERY Hard and I'm so impressed with it I bought another Calcutta TE 201 to keep it company! It's really not fare comparing Diamonds to DIRT, but then again Abu Garcia did me Dirty!!! :)

The chunk of Change that got away! After two months of avid fishing the nylon gears (Junk) in this economy bait cast "Abu Garcia" reel simply striped! I couldn't be more disgusted! It's performance from start to short finish was Horrible! The drag system constantly locked up and needed babysitting before ever cast... I now own Two Shimano casting/bait cast reels, one Calcutta 201B and a Calcutta TE 201. The first Calcutta has been so impressive I've been having nightmares of being without it!!! So, I had to have another one! Fisherman if your using an Ambassadeur? The clock is ticking and I hope you have better luck finding parts than I did.

This is a nice crankbait. You can use it on casting or slow trilling. Excellent for red fish

The Rapala Diver in Parrot is my favorite diver lure. Dives deep down to 16 feet and the rattling sound and realistic moving motion gets any fish's attention. I specifically use this color for salmon fishing. Rapala is known for their excellent crankbaits and have been the lure of choice in many tournaments. Made tough, durable and lasting colors.

I fell in love with this pole when I bought it - I'm not going to lie, I bought it for the light-up reel. I bought my boyfriend the same one in Orange... the first fish I caught (a very small bass) - and the reel broke. The bearing won't stay in place. I really wish it worked.

Fishing lures are very light weight making them a little difficult to cast. Also, the plastic is fairly brittle making it fragile if it bounces off a rock or bridge. Lures do have good swimming action and reflect light well.

I just received the three shallow divers and I tried the blue one right away. I caught a nice bass on the first cast and it was over 90 degrees outside. So far so good with this lure.

Wow, I hooked this on to my grandson's line and he caught a 24" walleye, and three northern pike (24, 26, and 28") in less than three hours. Rapalas and Storm Chug Bugs are killer lures.
