It's nothing to write home about. It's not hot, but it is pretty Decent on wings and has a passable Flavor. I eat a lot if it, not because I particularly Like it, but because it's the best available in most restaurants.

I'm rating the Ultimate Insanity Hot Sauce here since I didn't see it on the list.
The first time I tried this stuff I shook a bunch of it on a Slice of pizza. I had to run outside so my Boys wouldn't see their Old man cry.
This stuff is like Barbeque sauce mixed with Habanero's and sprinkled with the fires of Hell. It's Hot, is what I'm saying. Don't use more than a couple of drops unless you're Wolverine.

This is the Hottest Hot sauce in the world.
No exaggeration.
It contains 1 ml of pure Capsaicin crystals. It is 3,200 times hotter than a jalapeno and reaches the maximum 16 million on the SHU. There is Literally no sauce hotter than this at this time.
Use with extreme Caution. There were only 999 ever produced and to buy it you have to sign a Waiver. This is not a Sauce, it's a Pharmaceutical grade extract, goggles and gloves should be worn when handling this Product, again, no exaggeration.
I've never had it so I shouldn't be rating this, but God help me I want to try it. Most bottles of this you can find for $400, but I have seen one for $300. Way out of my price range for a hot sauce so I'll have to stick with Blair's Ultra Death for face melting heat.

Not near as hot as Blair's Mega Death and it can't hold a candle in terms of heat to Blair's Ultra Death. Mega Death will melt your tongue off and Ultra Death will liquidate your Insides. Still, Blair's After Death is pretty damn hot. If you're used to Tobasco Sauce or Texas Pete, you're going to want to stay the Hell away from this stuff, It does pull in a decent 49,000 on the Scoville Heat scale. I'll decorate my taco's or Chinese food with it, but it's not worthy to be put into any Chilli.
