In an effort to eat more responsibly as I grow older (well...sometimes, anyway), I've taken to eating these occasionally, supplemented by a rice cake or 2 and a few spoonfuls of cottage cheese (which I've never really liked, and still don't, but that's a review for another time...). The taste of the meal isn't half bad (I usually try to focus on the fish selections), and some of the desserts are actually very tasty (I've never been a big fan of fruit, but the desserts here are usually fruit-sauce combinations that I've grown to look forward to). The reason these things are so "healthy" though...I'm sure...is that they don't give you much in terms of portion (I'm sure that fats and salts are kept to a minimum as well, which is, of course, a good thing). I'm not a glutton by any means, but you'd need 2 or 3 of these things to assuage a normal adult appetite. And they're not necessarily cheap either.
