Nature

You can rate all the wondrous things found in nature, like trees, flowers, and gemstones. You can also give ratings to nature's darker side, embodied by earthquakes and hurricanes.

It's my birthstone, and I do not like it. It looks like pee.

Really weird, it may have cause the Mississippi river to flow in reverse, and the strange sand geysers, I believe their was some strange occurances after that big shake. It might not occur again because I heard on TV that residual subterranian ice from the ice age had melted and that somehow cause the earthquake. Unusual because it happened along the Mississippi and not the Ring Of Fire area where a lot of earthquakes occur. Very interesting historical event.

I'm with Bee, this might have been how I had my first taste of hard liquor. But I probably haven't had a rum and Coke in 30 years. It seemed like an easy way to tolerate the taste of alcohol when I was a youngster learning to drink. I generally avoid any sugary addition to booze now.

I think I had a Smirnoff Ice once about 5 years ago.

If a sheltered 21 year old who's never had a real drink goes to the bar, then this would probably be the drink he would order.

Even with very cheap rum, this should be the last drink you'd make. I've only had rum and coke when I ran out of other stuff to mix it with. It's a desperation drink.

Natural? They don't grow on trees here in Canada, but it would sure explain a lot of things if I were to learn that such was the case south of the border.

First mixed drink I ever had. Had one the other day. Apparently I am now jaded because they just don't have the same kick they seemed to when I was 19. Come to think of it - what the hell does?

Add in a fire extinguisher and it's a fun night... yes, we had a drunk discharge a fire extinguisher at the barracks one time.

One day, Man. I'm going to Hike the AT all the way through. There are some great trails. The Woody Gap to Neels Gap trail is about 11 or 12 miles and is good for a Long day. This is a point to point trail, so if you want, You can make a weekend out of it. It does not have too much human traffic, but you don't feel like your Alone in the Wilderness either. And the scenery can take your breath away. It is also pretty Steep and rugged in some places, so that will also take your breath away, enough to make me glad I quit Smoking. Its a good trail if you want to make a long Day and share the trail with others.
