MOA is just like any other mall, but it's huge. I'm not much of a mall person, but the amusement park is very impressive, plus there is an aquarium (didn't visit). However, what makes it a 4 is the fact that 'Jingle all the Way' was shot here.

This place is just not laid out well. The rides are sometimes rough and seem old.

Not the biggest park but a very nice park with great rides and free drinks!

Gargatuan.

Epic.

Awe-inspiring.

Drinking the "secret" ooze kool-aid that gave the world the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

All the above apply. My first glimpse at a giant sequoia left me simply speechless. I'm glad that I had the video camera rolling because I just stared at the trees in front of me for a while.

There is a tranquility there that can't be explained. When you're walking the short trail down to see the most famous of all the giant Sequoias - The General Sherman tree - you just know you're witnessing something that links generations together. Standing at the base of a two-thousand-and-something-year-old tree was literally like seeing the sun for the first time. You can't help but stare. The top of the tree is dead, so it tops out at 275 feet. But um, that's still taller than most buildings I've seen in person. You can't even see the top of the tree standing at the bottom - that's how tall it is.

Yeah - wrap your mind around that one.

As we made our way around the forest floor, it literally felt like a dinosaur would walk out of the thicket at any point in time and we would be the ones out of place! The forest feels "very old" - like Legolas says in Lord of the Rings - The Two Towers. It really does feel like you wander into an medieval dimension where Frodo and Sam could be completing their periolous quest just on the other side of the mountain.

This park is out of the way - much like Glacier NP - so it's quiet and you can actually hear the sounds of nature. The occasionally shuttle bus is the only thing that reminds you what century you're in. We are talking true time-travel when you lean against the surprisingly soft, immensely huge base of these trees. I felt so much more connected to nature and even the human race when I looked up at these gentle giants. How many people before me had touched that very same spot on that very same tree 200, 400 even 1,400 years ago?!

The first time I touched one, it was to make sure that we weren't on a movie set where they were just made of foam. You can't help but question the sight before your eyes. Even seeing isn't believing in this park. Thank God they aren't prickly like cacti because I just couldn't keep my hands off them! I literally hugged every tree that I could!

There are several fallen trees that the park has made into walkways and even driveways for cars to go under. We walked through one of these fallen tress, and it was so big probably 12 normal-sized people could have stood under its shelter in a rainstorm. The tree you can drive through is much bigger, obviously. Honestly, I didn't get any pictures because I was so shocked by actually being able to drive through a tree.

This park should top the must see list, hands down.

There is a lot of crappy things that comes out of NJ-Tanning mom, Snookie, the real housewives of NJ, Gov. Chris Christie, and that includes Great Adventure. Those parasites bled your wallet dry with their parking fees, theme park admission, and food prices(3.50 for a bottle of soda?). They don't invest the money in cleaning up their parks(their Nathans is crawling with insects) and their bathrooms is a hot mess. The majority of the people who visit that places are filthy barnyard animals (with the exception of moi)

As for the entertainment factor, they got rid of majority of their shows and have two sad sea lions. If you are not a big rollercoaster fan, you would be disappointed. They recycled the old rides and their overhype swing ride is not worth the wait. I also heard that they got rid of their drive through safari(I am not going to sit in a non-air condition car and watch the peasants drool over those tasty ostrichs). I would rate the NJ's Great Adventure in the bottom 20 not top 10.

Visited for the first time during July 2011.

DO NOT take a bag or purse in with you. Just put your Drivers License and Credit/Debit card/some cash in your pocket. If not, then you HAVE TO rent a locker to ride one of the first roller coasters in the park, which you cannot keep all day. You only get it for a couple of hours. If you are going to need a locker, then rent it near the park entrance before you even begin walking through the park. It'll cost ~$15 for all day use.

CARPOOL! The parking is $20 per car, so cram everyone in your car!

The rides are great. Lots of roller coasters. BUT, there is no real water park included, just a tiny one for little kids. Nope, the real water park is located somewhere else in Atlanta, and I wish it was all in one park.

This is the best place to take kids. It's a gas for adults too. It's not a museum; it's a playground designed by an artist. My favorite attractions were the 'caverns' that look and feel like real caverns, and the aquarium, which is worth the extra admission. Kids seems to have the most fun on the outdoor climbing apparatus. Plan to spend 3-4 hours being delighted by unexpected surprises.

Dozens of cities have sent scouts, intending to copy this attraction. None did because their corporate-minded boards thought it too dangerous, an insurance claim waiting to happen. That should tell you the designer, Bob Cassilly, was on the right track. Bob was killed by a bulldozer rollover in 2011 while building an outdoor park in St Louis.

Lovely. As a new york tourist I can easily say that it is the best attraction that I have been in the city. The ferry ride is very pleasant!

I am surprised that Freemount is rated so low. You can watch free concerts, take pictures of the circus freaks, or puke your guts out at the zipline. It's not a bad way to end your night in Las Vegas. .

Those bastards add a 60-foot-high, 400-foot-long zip line in Coney Island. What more can I say? They gave Great Adventure and Hershey park major competition.
