There have been many reports in media lately about unreliable Chinese dress companies - let me assure you zoombridal is not one of them.The dress also arrived a week before their estimate as well - very impressive !!! DO NOT BUY FROM ZOOMBRIDAL! I ordered my wedding dress May 29th 2011. It has been 30 days now and I have not recieved a email telling me my order has shipped. On their site it states it takes 20-25 days for bridal gowns to ship and they will send a email on the order status. I have sent many emails to the [email protected] email and have gotten no replies back along with phone calls to the customer service numbers on their website which are not vaild and disconnected! Save your money, time, and the hassle and Do Not Shop At ZoomBridal!

I ordered an ivory, tea-length, sweetheart neckline dress with rosettes and a corset closure March 1. Around 25 days later, I began to wonder where the dress was. I tried to call the numbers listed for the company, but all I could get were disconnected cell phones. So I waited a few days and emailed. I emailed 2-3 times with no response, even emailing back the person whom I corresponded with previous. Still I received absolutely no response. I waited another week. Still no response to multiple futile phone calls and emails. I had to rush order another dress and drop it off for rushed alterations - all this costing me hundreds of dollars. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!! My daughters wedding is in 4 weeks, we just spent over $600 with this company on bridesmaids dresses. dressZBBM01356. This company will butter you up and answer every question and go out of their way to try to help you UNTIL THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY! When we recieved the dresses. We were devestated. Dresses are too short, wrong colour, The picture on website shows pearl embellishment, we got cheap coloured crystals. They are very pooly made. Even hems are not straight. We contacted them regarding the problem, and they wanted photos sent. I did this, then they wanted measurements in photos. I did this. Then they wanted more proof? I didn't know ZoomBridal.com is based on China, it's absolutely unlike other online Chinese retailers / wholesalers provides cheap and low quality merchandises, this site supplies dresses in reasonable prices. They are more concerning of customer's satisfaction. I placed order of a sweet sixteen dress for my daughter one month ago, since the regular order process time frame doesn't meet my needs, they promised 20 days rush delivery service for free. Although it delayed 4 days due to the bad weather here in New York, I'm still thankful of their sincere service. They sent me over 10 emails during the shipment delay and apologize for it even though its not controlled by them. We still have 9 days in grasp when we got the dress. The dress made in high quality fabric, and fits well. Thanks for everything, I will surely be ordering from this site again!

Wedding dress custom, China handmade exquisite embroidered satin bridal dress and bridesmaid dresses. (this is the title added by rateitall:P) This site does seem to be a new launched one as there are not so many relevant google search results could be find. But I get attracted by coming across the google ads and then ordered my wedding dress there. The reason is because it's from China. And it doesn't look like any other China wholesale sites. The price here is not so low but still reasonable and pictures look well. I don't want to purchase things - especially my wedding gown - from the wholesale sites as quality could not be in guaranteed. In the other hand, I don't want to pay more budget for the once-in-life-time gown. So $200 or so is just what I want. Actually, I got it by $225， including shipping. And 15 days waiting.
