I wish there was a way to give this company a negative 10 rating, because a one is much too high. They don't keep their appointments and the owner doesn't return phone calls or emails. I had two appt. with this slack company, one of those appts was set up directly by Martin. I guess only their time is valuable because they sure didn't respect my time by calling and saying they weren't coming. Martin has failed to answer a basic question that has been asked numerous times- how is it that if I have a SHEDULED APPT, especially an early morning one, that you are a no show? How does the fact that you had an overwhelming response to groupon effect me if I had an appt? Did it ever dawn on you to call to let someone know that you weren't coming? If you are trying to accomadate the people you "screwed over" stop having your Zoom Day just on the South or East side of town. No show - no call. I got my helping of poor service today. Good thing Zoom Impressions is working so hard on improving customer service. I've read numerous 1-star reviews on Zoom - this company (and Martin the owner) is GARBAGE!!!!

Great service to have professional detailers come to your home or office. This is a great service at a great price.

Martin and his crew came by and really did a hell of a job on my car. They were there on time, and surprised me with a complimentary upgrade. Made the car look like it was right off the lot. Definitely a great deal, probably too good of one to be honest for the work and time they put into it. Without a doubt I will be using again and I highly recommend.

I have never experienced service like this before until last SAT. the owner Martin kept his word when he said he would be at my house by 8am. He was there a couple of minutes before. I was greeted by Martin in which he was a down to earth, friendly, courteous, individual. He did a wonderful job with cleaning out the inside, he removed rugs, cleaned out cracks, sprayed carpet with freshner, cleaned inside windows. The only thing i didnt like i wish he could've cleaned my cup holder trays and door handles a little better but thats ok, he did a wonderful job on the outside as well from tire cleaning to cleaning the roof of my van. I was very satisfied with this service, i told martin it looked like my van looked brand new like when i first bought it . Zoom Impressions is an absolute must for any that is in field sales or works in an indsutry that requires them to have a higher level of appearance. The job they did on my car was outstanding. I have not seen my car that clean since I took it from the dealership two years ago, and I frequently have others attempt to detail my car. Additionally having the ability to sit my office and makke calls while it is done is vital. There was no disruption to my day, and I am even able to set up appointments with Martin whenever I need, because when I call him, he answers his phone. Accessability is a must in my book. I can't think of getting my car serviced by another after a full week of back and forth appointments.

Zoom came to my home on a Saturday and while I ran errands and went about my day....My car went from blah to beautiful again!! I am still slipping on my supple leather seats and the car still smells new car fresh...I was the envy of my neighbors with the shiniest car on the block...they did a great job and they were professional! Customer service lives and now my car can be hand washed and I am drought resistant with Zoom Impressions!!!

I had Martin & co. detail all my cars and they not only took the time and care to do the job right, they cleaned areas that I thought were un-cleanable! They arrived at my house and stayed until the job was done! I would recommend these guys to everyone who wants a clean, shiny, bright car.

Have been looking for a good detailer for my cars since moving to NC, finally found one and they come to me! Super convenient, professional detailer, great job. Get on the rotation and take the hassle out of making appointments and spending time dropping off and picking up your car, boat.... Have recommmended Zoom to my neighbors and now everyone else.
