Zapien's Salon

I am a client of Michael Johnson. I followed him over from Van Michael. He always spends a long time on my hair and does a fabulous job. I love the intimate setting of Zapiens, in the quaint little Buckhead neighborhood. It beats the hussle and bussle of the Van Michael salon. I would recommend Zapien's and Michael to everyone.

I was referred to Norman at Zapien's by a friend of mine who raved about him. I gave Zapien's a shot and have to say that this is the first hair dresser I've had that actually cared to take the time to show me how to style my hair. I have naturally curly hair (but wear it straight) and he showed me different ways of wearing my hair that I never knew possible! I seriously have never had someone who wanted to take the time to teach me about my hair. His high-lights are amazing and I would never not go back. I have since referred a friend, who referred her friend, and they are both extremely happy!

I have been a client of Norman's for the past 8 months and have never walked out of his salon without feeling like a million dollars. My cut was terrific and the I have been getting compliments on my color ever since leaving. I have bounced around to many salons in Buckhead and feel that I have found the best!

I have been a client of Noman's for 20 year's. I was originally with him at his Piedmont salon. I have seen him grow at the Daivs House in Greensboro, have a couple of homes here in Buckhead, but now he has finally come home. His address is only different. Instead of Piedmont Rd. it is now 3209 Paces Ferry Place.... the phone number is even still the same 404.231.2040. The atmosphere is like it was at Piedmont. Remember all the mirrors? You would run into the walls? The mirrors are back. Even the front door is the same. Come check it out. Have some coffee or water while you wait for your next great hair cut and color. Followed the amazing Charles Farlow to this salon and was delighted on my first visit. The salon is bright, cheerful and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Charles treated my hair with the George Michael Deep Conditioning Protein treatment for my 3rd time and my hair is loving it! I have become a walking billboard for Charles since I get get compliments on my hair all the time now. I've even had friends tell me "what are you doing to your hair? It looks fabulous!". If you want long healthy hair, the George Michael Conditioning treatment every 3 months with Charles is a must! Charles is the only one in Atlanta that is trained in this system of hair treatment.
