This is my first order from ZAP. There are tons of selections to choose from and overall the prices are great. I ordered my HP Printer for $220 total on Jan 4 and received it on Jan 13. That is great processing and transit time. If I had bought the same printer from a leading department store it would cost me over $500 total. So I am very happy and satisfied.

I had just been looking to buy an HP Printer from a local big store for $399.99. On a whim, I searched the internet to find if I could buy them cheaper and found ZAP with the same product for $250. Shipping was also low, so I went ahead with the purchase. The printer showed up very quickly, well packaged and worked as well just as well. I have made zap website one of my favorites and will use them in the future for any product searches I may do.

Although the incorrect item on my order was shipped. I was able to use it anyway. There was, however, a $100 difference in price. The item I had originally wanted was $100 more. I contacted zap Stores and let them know of the problem, and they resolved the problem very quickly to my satisfaction.
