I have and continue the have the best experience here. I heard bad things in the past so I stayed away but now the shop is now under a new owner. He is awesome and very knowledgeable about phones too. I spoke with him and he said he has done a lot to improve the place. The staff are all really nice and they will do everything they can to make your experience there a good one. I had my phone repaired it was done very fast and for a reasonable price too! I'm not sure how the previous owner was but it seems they have really improved the place a lot now! I won't go anywhere else.

If there were zero stars, that would be my option. Lazy, unreliable staff, terrible service. I brought my phone in to get fixed, paid ahead of time in advance of the part showing up, was told it would be fixed in a week, and after two weeks I called and they didn't even remember me. Then I had to call weekly for the next 4 weeks until the part came in. They finally fixed it, then the part broke again and they said there was nothing they could do about it. This place is a chop shop, and shouldn't even be in business. DONT GO HERE.

I dropped and broke the screen my razr and verizon wanted me to extend my contract for another 2 years or charge me $300 for another one. I checked around and Yakety Yak was the cheapest I could find. They fixed it on the spot for about $60. Awesome service...will do business again.

I dropped my new phone and cracked the screen thought i was going to be out all the money i just paid to get it but i was in luck i called down to yakety, and the staff was helpful and nice, they told me not to worry. I dropped my phone off and in an hour my screen was repaired and my phone is like new.

Yakety Yak has the best prices and I was very impressed with the knowledge of the products and plans. If you are looking for exceptional service call these guys.

I was able to go in and get help right away. I got a great deal on the phone I wanted and staff was able to help with all of my questions and concerns.
