Wed Jan 07 2009Do not use Worldwide Moving Systems!! I used them in a move from NJ to Fl. Due to "issues" with their truck getting out of NYC, my initial pick up on 26Aug2008 was changed from 1 pm to 8 pm that evening, with the movers starting their work at 8:30 pm and ending for the night at 2 am! The movers had to return the next morning, starting at 10:30 am and ending at 3pm. Delivery was noted in the binding estimate of up to 21 days. I understand that this is 21 business days. Even taking into account both Labor Day and Rosh Hashanah, our delivery did not occur until 25 business days later (Oct. 4th). Updates on the status of my delivery were not proactively provided by Worldwide, but only when I contacted them and even then, I received only a non committal responses. I expected better customer service considering I spent nearly 10K on a move. During my multiple inquiries to Worldwide, I was unable to learn of the location of my property while it was in Worldwides possession. This ... Read more

Mon Oct 06 2008DO NOT USE WORLDWIDE!! I moved from Charlotte to Buffalo. They knew I had a flight the morning of June 23 and promised they would be at my apartment no later than June 22nd. The driver called on the 22nd to tell me the truck broke down. They came the 23rd after I was gone. My roommate had to deal with the pick-up and told me they didn't wrap all my furniture. I questioned Mr. Levin who told me they wrapped my stuff AFTER they left my apartment (yeah, right!). I had to contact them weekly to find out when I would get my stuff. Mr. Levin came up with excuse after excuse. Most of which consisted of telling me "it's a small load". I finally had my items delivered on August 19, WELL PAST their 21 day policy, AND after contacting a lawyer. Amazingly my stuff was delivered 4 days after the lawyer was in touch with them. Many of my furniture items were damaged and scratched because they were NOT wrapped (surprise!) and were sitting in some storage facility for TWO MONTHS! Upon unpacking, I rea... Read more

Mon Oct 06 2008This company is absolutely rediculous. I am so mad at myself for using them, it was the worst mistake ever. The miscommunication, the fact that they couldn't tell me where my stuff was for over two weeks until I threatened them with my lawyer. I also had to deal with one of the movers yelling in my face when they delivered my stuff. I told him, if he didn't get outta my face, I was gonna call the police. He was like call whoever you want, I am the owner of the company. Bullshit! What a loser! I payed them the balance and nothing more. Worst mistake ever! Everyone needs to stay far away from this company for your own good.

Tue Sep 09 2008horrible company , there is a guy named luke who makes all false promises , talks very good till the contract is signed. You will never get oppertunity to talk to that guy. Horrible service you should see a psyciatrist when you select this company. They give a low quatation to get your contract Then they increase it considerably & charge extra for placing things in basement or on second floor. The truck would wait outside till they get bankers cheque , in short if you sign a contract with them you are on the barrel. My biggest mistake of life that i selected a company like that.

Wed Aug 06 2008I hate this company. It's been 2 weeks and I have not received my stuff yet. Almost everyday I call them to only listen to the same answer. "We don't know when we can deliver your stuff. Legally we are not responsible for delays up to 21 days." Yes, I signed the contract with that in the fine print but I did not expect it to take more than 2 weeks to deliver my stuff from 2 bed-room condo that is within 6 hours drive. It is a night mare and it is still on-going. I'll post another review when I actually receive my stuff. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! They speak totally different language before and after they get your business 8/6/2008 It's been 15 days. Today I called and still the same answer. I am starting to wonder if they have lost my stuff during transit. I'll wait till end of this week and contact my lawyer on how to sue this company

Mon Jun 18 2007DO NOT DO BUSINESS W/ THIS COMPANY!!! It's been a complete NIGHTMARE dealing w/ this company. Very unprofessional, extremely poor customer service (good luck w/ AARON they're useless dispatcher) , and outright POOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Our belongings arrived DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR and have been in a BATTLE w/ the claims department for the past year. SOME OF OUR BELONGINGS ACTUALLY ENDED UP AT SOMEONE ELSE'S HOUSE!!! Tha's just a taste of how BAD this moving company is! Price increased by $1000 from original quote of $3000 from Florida to California. Our claim # is 4100-33. They continue to stall for time, sending letters stating that they have 120 days for their "review." Bottomline, DO NOT USE THIS COMPAMNY!!!

Fri Aug 25 2006Worldwide Moving Systems is a company that does not take care of its customers. I have recently completed a move with this company and problems abound throughout the whole moving process. One, the movers themselves were quite careless/reckless when packing my items (items, including a few rather expensive paintings, were damaged) and they raced through the packing process, making it difficult to ask questions or understand the whole procedure. Two, there was very little communication between the home office and the drivers of the moving truck; as such, I was repeatedly misinformed and the items were delivered a number of days late. Moreover, the company is sloppy--my contract with the company (home office) did not match the "contract" the drivers had in their possession upon delivery and there was a 60 minute argument on why I should not pay an additional $150 hidden cost. Also, I am presently still waiting to receive a $400 item that went missing during the course of the move. A... Read more
