Worldwide Driving School

I am writing this review because I want to share and provide other student drivers who are looking for a driving school some helpful thoughts I have with this driving school. After taking behind-the-wheel driving lesson at another driving school, I could say there are other better quality driving schools out there. I originally registered at this driving school because it was the cheapest out there for my area. However, I soon learned that you got what you paid. Customer service was definitely not the best. Every time I called, I was told to wait. In addition, if I needed to talk to the manager, I had to call during a specific 6 hour period, and the manager was never there at that 6 hour time period on a specific day of the week (I have been calling them for three weeks, and I still have no success of getting in touch with the manager). TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! BAD really BAD customer service, stay away from this company, Management it's never there, no one can solve or answer any of your questions, look out... NO REFUNDS ... this company only send you the receipt but no CONTRACT, but when you ask for your money back due to the Horrible customer service they ask you to read the contract.... WHAT CONTRACT ???? does someone know's how to report them to the BBB ???

The instructors were respectful and courteous and my son got what I paid for--driving hours. My son had nothing negative to say about any of the instructors or his time with them. The first instructor was almost 2 hours late, which is why I only gave it 4 stars. After that we received confirmation calls the afternoon of the appointment letting us know the instructor's arrival time. I recommend Worldwide--it's cheap and they come to your house!

I would stay away for these reasons: 1) they group schedule you without any notification. You paid for two hours but you also be picking up someone else. You'll be in the back seat while they drive. Can you believe that!! 2) The instructor I had was lousy and unprofessional. If you want your child or yourself to have better instruction I would pay more and seek someone out who is better at giving proper and safe driving instruction. 3) Management doesn't respond or is completely absent. GOOD: 1) price (but i believe that comes with a price!) I mean this in the sincerest possible way to avoid this place. You might have to pay more, but you'll be happier that you did. Always ask if they will group schedule you with someone else on your paid time. Hope this helps.

INCREDIBEL SERVICE. WORLDWIDE DRIVING SCHOOL IS THE BEST. I would highly recommend this school, it offers great services, great prices, and quality service. I had a great expierence.
