Win Van Lines

I Scheduled a move on 08/23/2010. This Company charged for packing $500 without informing me first . The lady who took the order is Janet is an Arrogant and Argue , dont let you to talk and try to dominent and hang up on me several times. Finally they delivered items after 15 days and found 4 boxes missing which has valuable collectible items, kitchen items, electonic items... and broken many items. Driver want the Post Office Cachier Check before he deliver the items, Otherwise he will not even open the truck door. You dont have any chance to check/count on your things..When i ask the driver who delivered he said he is not responsible for any items missing and whatever they loaded i delivered and asked to call the Company. When i called the company they dont want to take any risk of finding the missing items . If I could give this company a minus 1000000 it wouldnt be enough to tell you how bad this company is and how much pain they cause - and they JUST DONT CARE! BEWARE! Do your homework - check google. They will promise you one thing and do another. They lie. They cheat. They steal. They take your stuff after demanding more money than quoted, then they store it and you will be lucky if you see it ever again. I am wondering how many families are suffering right now due to these people. STAY AWAY! They are been on the news because of complaints. There have been complaints with the BBB and the FBI is currently investigating them. If you are currently in the middle of being scammed by them - call the Department of Weights and Measures. It may be your only hope.

Stay away, they must post fake reviews. If you search their name or one of their many aliases in your search engine you will see that they are scammers, and people have been devastated by their actions. The response of their 28 yr oldowner to the many judgements and pending lawsuits against them is " Go ahead and go to court- try and get money from me, good luck." I repeat the other negative review on this site-look them up. My personal experience is they were 3 days late picking up my stuff, they charged me $1000 more than the original estimate because my stuff was not bubble wrapped, and then they told me they would meet me the next day at my new home in AZ. They never showed. When I called to ask where they were, they said they were unloading my stuff at their warehouse and that they had 7 days to deliver my property. Outstanding service I had to move through win van lines movers last week and they offered me outstanding service. Their service was awesome and appreciable. The crew were very helpful and polite. They packed and unpacked the items with most care and patience. The pick up was on time and delivered the goods on time. The mover and his crew did an exceptional job packing my furniture to make sure there were no damages. I would definitely recommend this company again. Very good service. Caring and the workers are well-mannered. Efficient and well-priced company. They have great workers whom you can trust come into your home and help. We moved out of our 4-bedroom house that we lived in for more than 22 years and the consideration and work that they provided was excellent. I would recommend them to anybody who is timid about moving or even the very experienced people who have moved many times. This company is held to the highest rating in my eyes. With summer coming around the men have humid/hot weather to work in, I could only imagine how miserable it has to be, yet they are still working to their best when sweating and dehydrated. GREAT MOVING COMPANY. I WOULD ONLY CHOOSE THIS ONE!

They came in and immediately started moving boxes. They did not play around and they did not talk on their cell phones. They began working when they stepped in the door and they got the job done. The quote was right on. All fees were explained up front. They did not try to cheat me and I felt very comfortable with them moving my stuff. I called the owner and told her they did an excellent job. I would recommend them to everyone I know. They were extremely professional and I wish I had 2 more hands to give them 4 thumbs up.

I received quotes from several companies and ultimately selected Win van lines moving company. No specific reason behind it. I was really impressed by their professionalism and their persistance to get to the customer.The quotes were not that cheap as well but the reason for posting a positive review is to let others know about their service. They were really good with their work. No complaints for the service. I would recommend them to any one .Thank you Win van lines

STAY AWAY FROM WIN VAN LINES moving company. I used this company to move from CA to NC. Here are just a few of the problems that I encountered with them. I paid an extra $500 to have 2 statutes hard crated. They were not & one of them was damaged. I paid to have certain items that were disassembled at pick up put back together at delivery. The delivery person refused. I was given an estimate of $511 for packing materials. Only AFTER everything was packed and loaded on the truck did the foreman tell me that packing, which is an additional charge from the mvoing, would be $5770!...not a typo. The total cost of my move turned out to be $5000 OVER what they told me it would be. The delivery person would not provide me with a delivery invoice. Items are still missing (2 boxes, 2 ladders and a Canon printer). Without this invoice I cannot file any sort of insurance claim.
