Although I enjoy using the Wii Fit, perhaps the most frustrating aspect is the short duration of most of the exercises, with lots of button pushing in between. Especially when you're first beginning and haven't unlocked some of the longer exercises, you can spend an hour and a half completing just 45 minutes of actual exercises. Supposedly, the Wii Fit Plus, if you already have Wii Fit or the Wii Fit Plus with Balance Board, if you need the board, solves this problem. Because I was already somewhat in shape when I started, most of the exercises do not sufficiently sustain an elevated heart rate. The free run and step programs do better, but these must be unlocked by good scores in other areas. However, for those who are just embarking on an exercise program, I cannot imagine a better tool, especially since the trainer (you can choose male or female) and the tiny Wii voice encourage the user to continue. The games keep your attention, and even the runs provide moving scenery ... Read more

This has provided many hours of fun and some fitness. After a few months it may get tired. However there is now a wii fit plus add on. If you have a wii, get the wii fit. You will not regret this purchase! Fun for everyone in the family.

I have had my Wii Fit since mid-August and, I have to say, I have a lot of fun with it. For me the pros are the activity tracking, so I know if and how I have improved, as well as the selection of activities to keep me coming back. I am not a novice, but I am not a pro, neither. The Wii Fit is a good supplement to my gym membership and I can use it anytime I want, which is especially nice since I live on the rainy/windy Oregon coast and work graveyard! Unlike my gym, my Wii Fit is open 24 hours and I can stay dry! The one thing I'm not too keen on with the Wii Fit? I'm not thrilled about how the Wii Fit does not transition from one workout to the next. It's a bit chopped up between exercises. For me that's a minor issue and I still feel like I'm getting a pretty good workout. How do I know this? My muscles tell me! Overall, I am pretty happy with the Wii Fit and I have a great deal of fun doing it. I just would not recommend it being your only source of exercise, but it... Read more

I would like to say that this is by far one of the best investments i have made. The wii has been able to involve workouts in a fun and comprehensive way that has made it much cheaper, fun and enticing than going to a gym. If you were a little overweight and ashamed of going to the gym, or had a lack of time/ money to make it to the gym this is for you. Controls Wii balance board and remote. The balance board is the best device i have ever seen constructed. It works on carpets and on hardwood floors. The board weighs you every day and is able to determine how much preasure you are placing from one foot to the other or how your balance is distributed. While doing the exercises it shows you where your ideal balance should be placed and helps you align your body properly to get the most of your workout. The wii remote is used for some tasks like running or jogging. While in your pocket or in your hand it can determine how fast you are moving just by it being on you. 5/5 ... Read more

I have only purchased a Nintendo Wii fit Silicone Skin, but they treated me like I had known them for years. I have looked at and bought Wii Fit accessories at other stores (both online and in storefronts) and I have to say this was the easiest of them all. After looking at all the Accessories they had, I decided to go with the Wii Fit Silicone Skin and couldn’t be happier. Take a look at this amazing masterpiece just perfect for my Nintendo wii fit. Bottom line: I wouldn’t hesitate to shop at Techfocus.co.uk again.

Techfocus.co.uk Buying a Product online can be a sketchy thing. When I was finding the product on online. On that time I was so worried about the product, It’s really a very strange thing for me, because I was purchasing first time. And finally I can say my searching was over on www.techfocus.co.uk. Their executive were really a helpful and professionally. When I saw the product and their prices, it was totally beyond of my expectation. I brought a Nintendo Wii Fit carry bag from www.techfocus.co.uk. The prices of products are so fair. I recommend for purchasing a product first time online, the best option is http://www.techfocus.co.uk/.

Buying a Wii Fit online can be a sketchy thing. There are so many fakes and rip off websites out there that I was really worried about purchasing my Own Wii Fit online. After spending some time researching the different Wii Fit websites I discovered Techfocus.co.uk and I am happy to say my search stopped there. I browsed around the website for awhile and was overwhelmed by all the different Wii fit Accessories they had. From the Wii Fit Skin, to the Wii fit rechargeable battery, to the Wii Fit kit, I didnt know where to start. I gave up on searching by myself and decided to give them a call. The sales associate helped me to decide my Nintendo Wii Fit with Balance Board and Silicon Skin. It really is something amazing The cost wasnt really a concern as much as customer service and a quality product was, but I must say their prices werent bad at all. Short story long, I love their Service, I would do business with Techfocus.co.uk again. http://www.techfocus.co.uk

An absolutely amazing addition to the Wii. It helps you keep track of your weight,or enjoy simple games to improve your posture or center of gravity.  Plus, Yoga and Strength training.  Overall a way fun to get off the couch and exercise in the 21st century.
