Fri Dec 10 2010I just tried to make an appointment for my daughter and myself with a woman named Ashley Fisher. She was difficult, arrogant and unwilling to consolidate our visits, having one tonight and then one in the morning. I have been a faithful customer for several years, but dealing with someone who is so non-empathetic is not what I am paying large monthly dues for. My daughter has autism and a simple ear infection, as do I. This could have been a simple matter. I want to exit my membership now. However, I just logged back in to change my review, as a manager called back to apologize for this woman and we will get seen this evening.

Tue Feb 16 2010I've used WhiteGlove twice now. Both times the nurse practitioner arrived exactly when promised and provided me with a get well bag (with soup, gatorade, cough drops, etc.) and prescrptions. The appointment and care were timely, thorough and helpful. I didn't have to leave my house and sit in a waiting room while I was feeling awful. It was FABULOUS, and I'm sure my whole family will use it regularly for both sick and well visits. I highly recommend this service!

Sun Feb 14 2010I have used this service twice once for my kids and once for me! I love it! Never again will I pay $800 for an ear infection at the emergency room after waiting 4 hours with a sick child! It's the best service I've seen in a LONG time... and I'm a nurse!

Sat Feb 13 2010I am a teacher and have a hard time leaving work to see the doctor. I called Whiteglove one afternoon and was able to be seen within an hour and a half of calling. Joe, the nurse practitioner, was friendly and efficient. He provided me with sufficient information, my prescription and advised me to give him a call if my condition hadn't improved within a couple of days. I will definitely utilize Whiteglove's services again. The bag of swag (soup, crackers, cough drops, Vitamin Water, tissues, etc.) is an added bonus. My total visit cost was $40.00 and it saved me a trip to the pharmacy. I highly recommend their services!!

Fri Feb 12 2010I was new in town and got sick. I did not know who to call or where to go. Someone at work told me about Whiteglove and I called. Within a very short period of time the most wonderful nurse practitioner was at my door. That fact that I absolutely love nurse practitioners was a huge win win for me. She took care of me and made me feel I was not alone here. The bag with the chicken soup and jello was just like my mom would have done for me. I loved it. I felt better just knowing there was this wonderful caring service a phone call away. This should be in every state! The next day I got a call to see how I was feeling, how great is that? I can not say enough about my care and especially the angel of a nurse practitioner. Great idea, fantastic company, and awesome customer service with high quality care. Thank you Whitegove for being there for me in my time of need!!

Fri Feb 12 2010This service is awesome! I didn't feel well and didn't feel like getting out to see a dr. I decided to try this service and was pleasantly surprised. I would do this every time I'm sick as long as it's nothing serious. They gave me all the Rx's I need too.

Thu Feb 11 2010I came down with an ear infection, and scheduled an appointment about 2 hours in advance for WhiteGlove to meet me at my home after work-- and it was no problem. They even emailed me an Outlook meeting request so it would be on my calendar, which I loved! The nurse practitioner, Amy, showed up on time and was super nice and knowledgable. It only cost me a $50 copay, but I got several generic Rxs for free, so it actually saved me money compared to seeing my family doctor. The nurse practitioner was able to write me the prescriptions on the spot, and retreived them from her car so I didn't even have to go to the pharmacy. Not to mention, I didn't have the flu, but I still got the goodie bag anyway (soup, crackers, gatorade, you name it). I will DEFINITELY use WhiteGlove again and recommend them to everyone!!

Thu Feb 11 2010This was my first time using this service and I was skeptical. I thought for such an affordable price it had to be too good to be true. NOT SO. My appointment was scheduled for 9am, but the doctor arrived ten minutes early. He was able to diagnose me quickly and accurately and even had my necessary prescriptions on hand. Since my illness was easily diagnosed, the visit only took fifteen minutes - this is extremely convenient for me as I am a student and have a full time job and have NO time to spare. Not only were they professional and courteous, but they left a care package! Overall I would definitely recommend this service to anyone and everyone.

Wed Feb 10 2010I have had WhiteGlove out to residence twice now, and both times were wonderful. I had two different PAs and they were both very nice and able to correctly diagnose me. The second time the PA had to call in a perscription for me and it went very smoothly. The follow up calls were nice, too. I've never had a doctor call me the next day and asked if I felt any better. Totally worth it!!

Tue Feb 09 2010I was seen by a nurse practitioner, Marsha, who was very knowledgable with a great bedside manner. I had a UTI, and she was able to take a urine sample an comfirm on the spot. She also drew blood for a CBC count and liver function. We did it all at my work site in a conference room which saved me a trip and from my sick time. She also gave me enough antibiotics to cure it and some of the medicine for UTI pain at no charge which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. I also received a wellness kit with gatorade, vitamin water, soup, crackers, applesauce, jello, tissues, cough lozenges and Tylenol/Advil. They followed up, and I was able to view my lab results online. All for only my $15 copay! I will surely use again, especially for at home service for my 4 kids!

Mon Feb 08 2010I called and was given an appt the next morning. The nurse practioner came and was very friendly. She gave me something for my cough and also something to help with my congestion. Unfortunately, my bronchitis did not get better so i called again. The nurse practioner called in some anti-biotics and other meds to help speed up my recovery and that it did...totally love this service.

Mon Feb 08 2010After a little confusion as to whether to meet at my office or home - the experience was great. The nurse came to my home, made the diagnosis, dispensed meds and was on her way in a reasonable amout of time. She was thorough and polite and very apologetic for the confusion. I will definitely use the service again and recommend to my co-workers and friends.

Sun Feb 07 2010White Glove is an excellent service. With the run of swine flu and other flus running around last year it was nice to be able to get my daughter seen without having to take her into an office that would be filled with lots of other sick kids. Having to wait because they never run on time in the doctors office. You don't worry about that with White Glove. You call in, they tell you a time and they have been on time or early every time. It is great to have te doctor visit you on your couch or bed, have the medication with them and if more is needed they send it in the mail or have a courier go get it for you. The get well bag is great too. A great service at a very low price I feel.

Sun Feb 07 2010White Glove is amazing. They came to my house to see my son & also to my office to see me! My son's doctor was booked but would have "worked us in" between patients but who wants to sit at the doctors office all day just waiting? No one. White Glove came to the house, my son didn't have to move off the couch! I knew with this crazy weather I was getting sick but I was at work anyway. White Glove did such a great job with my son I thought I would call them for myself. They came to my office, brought me an amazing goodie bag & gave me med's. What else can you ask for. This is a wondeful service & I would recommend it 100%!!!!!

Sun Feb 07 2010This is very convenient and affordable service. Being a pregnant women and in 9th month its very hard to drive to doctor's office with severe cold and not much help. I recently found out about this and used this service to make sure I am not suffering with flu or pneumonia. Even my doctor office rejected to take me in as they are afraid to be contagious if I have flu and called in anti biotics. But I felt relieved when the registerd nurse tested me and told me that I don't have flu or pnemonia and it was just cold. I definitely recommend this service.

Fri Feb 05 2010I had a bad cough, but did not want to miss a day of work to see my doctor. WhiteGlove was on-time, and travelled to my place of business. The Nurse Practioner was friendly and professional. She quickly diagnosed me with Bronchitis. In about 20 minutes, I was back to work with a bag of goodies including a 3-day supply of prescription cough medicine, 3-day supply of an antibiotic, cough drops, soup, crackers, jello, vitamin water, gaterade, and some sample packs of Tylenol and Advil. My only complaint would be about the medications. The NP did not explain to me that 2 of the 4 medications she prescribed would not be included in the cost of the visit. I feel she should have explained this to me during the visit. I would definitely use this service again!

Thu Feb 04 2010This is a great service! I did not have to leave work and did not have to lose any work time. I love it!

Thu Feb 04 2010When I used WhiteGlove, I had already read about my symptoms on WebMD. I was already doing the "over the counter" processes and was told by the service to continue what I was doing. WhiteGlove did not do anything that I wasn't already doing for myself. I paid them to tell me what I was already doing for myself. Two days later I had to go to the doctor's office for the exact problems that I had called WhiteGlove about. I received three prescriptions and got better. No one from WhiteGlove checked on me, but I was asked to write a review on City Search. When I didn't write the review out of politeness to WhiteGlove, I received a second request to write a review by their VP of Marketing. Here's the review.

Thu Feb 04 2010I heard about Whiteglove from my sister and also on the radio. I called on Sat. of New Years weekend and they came out Sunday AM. They were a few min. early. They were professional and patient with my 4 yr old. They did everything that my pediatrician or Dr. would have done. They left us with a care package and offered to pick up/ deliver my prescription. I called the next week for myself and got a different physician, but I got the same great service. And, since my prescription was generic, they gave it to me as part of my $35.00 fee. White Glove cannot be beat! I will continue to use them for my entire family!!!

Thu Feb 04 2010Individualize patient care. On time service. Outstanding service. Excellent follow up. Brought care bag and provided initial medication and had remaining medication sent to my home. The only medication that she did not have she volunteered ro go pick it up for me. I would not hesitate to use this service again

Thu Feb 04 2010I scheduled Whiteglove to come out to my job and examine me as I had been sick since the day before, they were early and took great care of me. She even gave me my meds then, instead of having to go to the pharmacy and wait. Thank You Whiteglove, I will continue to use this GREAT service.

Thu Feb 04 2010I would recommend the White Glove service to anyone, it's so convenient. I called in the morning and they were there several hours later and saw both me and my 2yr old. They left goodie bags and medicine for us both and we were on the road to recovery in no time.

Thu Feb 04 2010I love WhiteGlove House Call Health because they were quick to respond to my health care needs. The nurse was nice and patient. Thu Feb 04 2010Dealing with WhiteGlove was a total pleasure. I called and left a message mid-morning, got their return call shortly thereafter and discussed my symptoms, and then one of their nurse practitioners was at my office by noon that day. She was extremely nice and thorough, and I was shocked to find that she already had my needed prescription medicine with her. I couldn't have asked for faster or more efficient health care. I would definitely recommend this service and will use it again.

Thu Feb 04 2010I had a minor medical complication for a few weeks and just couldn't find the time to get to the doctor AND since I carpool into work, it was difficult to figure out a day I could bring in my car. My employer told me about WhiteGlove and I have to say it was a great experience! Nurse Practitioner came to my office, I answered a few questions and discussed my ailment. After careful review, the Nurse Practitioner had the medication I would need (no filling of an RX needed). Bonus was the "goody bag" she brought me which consisted of soup, crackers, juices, advil and tylenol, etc -- I felt so special! Since WhiteGlove is new, all co-workers were ready for my report when she left and all were impressed! Saved my time away from work and the anguish of arranging a ride to the doctor's office and pharmacy!

Mon Feb 01 2010We have used White Glove for 3 of our 4 family members since signing up for the service in December. I called in to request and appointment at 8am. They arranged to have one of their staff meet me at the office between 9 and 9:30 am the same day. when I arrived at 9, they were already there waiting for me. The whole visit was completed within 20-30 minutes with basically no interruption in my day. I'm a fan!

Mon Feb 01 2010I was having what I thought was an ear infection, called White Glove that a.m. they were there before noon with a very pleasant and competent person to look at me. Give me my meds, my get well pack and it was a sinus infection. I was able to stay at work, not have to take more than 15 minutes from my desk and was on the way to feeling better. No driving, no waiting for two days to get in to see my primary doctor, and no waiting for the anitbiotics I needed. All for the cost of my co-pay

Mon Feb 01 2010What a great service to those who need it. I had WhiteGlove come on a Saturday - - they brought medicine and even a "goody" bag filled with soup, crackers, cough drops, and drinks. They even offered to go pick up my prescription! Since they come to your home or work you don't have to get out when you feel awful and you won't be infecting others with your illness. They came out the same day I called (on a Saturday) and were right on time. You don't get that kind of service in a doctor's office!

Mon Feb 01 2010What a great service! I used to hear stories of doctors making house calls and wondered how nice that would be; now I know. It is wonderful! Driving to the office then waiting to be seen by your doctor, making the trek to the pharmacy; all these things feel like it takes forever on a good day but when you are sick it adds to your misery. Having a qualified person come to you, diagnose you, provide any necessary medication or have any prescriptions they do not carry delivered to you leaves more time for you to recuperate. And isn’t that what we all want; to feel better as quickly as we can. I can’t forget to mention that they also provide a bag with items meant to help make you more comfortable; soup, beverages, Kleenex, crackers, etc. I will definitely use their service again if I feel ill in the future.

Sun Jan 31 2010Made a call for an appointment and was seen less than three hours later at my office. Medication was brought to me and I was able to start them immediately. There was follow-up via phone call and I really appreciated that.

Sun Jan 31 2010WhiteGlove came to my house a few weeks back. They were on time and on the ball. I was very sick so did not need to get out of bed and go tot he doctors office only to wait in line and get coughed on. The NP gave me all the medicine I needed right on the spot. Great!

Sun Jan 31 2010I have personally used White Glove as have others in my office. They are easy to schedule, are available on short notice and come to your office or home. They are very knowledgeable and carry with them the common medications you will need for common ailments, such as colds, sinus and chest infections, etc. and charge the same as the doctor you would have had to wait a week to see, drive across town, and wait in waiting room for an hour. They also follow up to see how you are doing and handle all billing with insurance. I highly recomment WhileGlove.

Sun Jan 31 2010I really enjoyed the service I received on 1/01/10 from White Glove House Call Health. They were polite, professional and efficient. The practioner was on time and called to verify her arrival time and did not have to call back for directions to get to my home, she came right to my front door on time. I received good guality and profesional service and an accurate diagnosis and treatment of my condition. I also received a follow-up call the next day to make sure that I was feeling better, which I greatly appreciated. All in all, the service I received could have not been better than visiting a crowded emergency room or waiting in a packed doctors office. I also received follow-up medication. My overall experience was excellent.

Fri Jan 29 2010My family and I LOVE White Glove. It is a high class high quality health care. I wish all employers would hook up with Corp memberships b/c it would save employee's from missing work and it's just so convenient. I only wish our insur would hurry up and connect w/ White Glove so they would discount or pay for the membership fee's or how ever it works. But until then it is so worth the money! We are so pleased with White Glove! Love all the nurse practitioners that have come by and the medicine they provide is so nice and so is the goody bag - comes in handy when you don't feel good! Love the vitamin water and every item is well thought out!

Thu Jan 28 2010My husband had muscle pain at lower back all of sudden, he couldn't get out of bed, or even moved to the side to be examined, the nurse came on time, and given the prescription for muscle relaxed. One hour later, he got up, 2 days later he went back to work, without white glove, we had to call 911 which cost a fortune and he would suffer more pain being moved out of the bed. It is a good idea for our case, and also good if you have a sick kid on the weekend, saved a trip to the emergency room, with the increasing out of pocket medical care, it will save the patient and the insurance lot of money.

Thu Jan 28 2010can get medical attention right in your own home - have used the service twice, and a nurse was at my door within 2 hours both times - they give you the meds you need right then and there, and someone calls the next day to see how you are feeling. Superb customer service!

Tue Jan 26 2010Going to school full-time, working full-time, and raising four kids is never easy.. Especially when someone is the family is sick. White Glove is very fast and efficient., they even come to you. Their staff is helpful, kind, and professional. I requested an appointment online after filling out a member profile. Within in minutes I received an e-mail conformation letting me know that I would be receiving a call shortly to set up an appointment. Within another 5 minutes, I received a phone call and they set up my appointment for the following morning. They called before they arrives, checked me out, provided me with medications, over the counter medicines, and even a get well bag with soup, crackers, tylenol, advil, halls, gatorade, and more. They provide a wonderful service and make life less complicated. Well worth the money and I will continue to call and receive care for my family with them, whencver we are sick. It saved me time, waiting in lines at the doctors office, and... Read more

Mon Jan 04 2010I called White Glove when I was home with bronchitis. They came to me within a few hours with meds and a care kit of soup, etc. It was wonderful to not have to wait days, ride a bus to a doctor and then to a pharmacy to fill prescriptions!! Whomever thought this home health concept is a genius!!! (I still remember the old days when doctor's made home visits.)
by bluebabe59
Mon Dec 21 2009This service goes above and beyond. You don't have to get out of the house to go the doctor office when you don't feel like or can't drive. They arrive when they say they will, have everything needed for the visit and even give me a "goody" bag with chicken soup, ginger ale and much more when I had the flu. I cannot recommend enough!

Sun Dec 20 2009I used White Glove for their wellness service - I hadn't gotten around to a physical/blood workup in over three years. Service was quick, professional, and fairly painless. My practitioner was funny and thorough, and did everything needed while I was in my street clothes. I DEFINITELY will use White Glove again!

Sun Dec 20 2009This is an excellent service that I would recommend to anyone. I was too sick to leave my bed and WhiteGlove came right to me. I was treated very well, they responded to my call quickly, and I needed no additional care. They even called the following day to make sure I was better. I will definitely use this service again and I've been telling everyone I know how great it was.

Fri Dec 18 2009I wasn't feeling well, and with 3 small children I hate going to the doctors. The healthy kids always seem to catch something from just being in the waiting room, and then I have an extra issue to deal with on top of what I was originally going to the doctors for. With White Glove, I had no worries about this, they came straight to me at home, they worked around my schedule for an appointment, and they brought me a goody bag with all sorts of healthy treats to help me feel better. I will definitely recommend and call on them again!
by lolo791
Thu Dec 17 2009This service is almost too good to be true! I cannot believe that they traveled to me, brought me all sorts of medications as well as a whole bag full of goodies to make me feel better! I loved this convenient service. I will definitely call WhiteGlove again next time I cannot fight my sickness on my own!

Thu Dec 17 2009We just moved to the area and didn't have a doctor for our family of 8. Little did we know, the house we moved into had a tree that was infested with poison ivy. We all were infected multiple times until we could get the tree down and the vines out of the yard. I have called White Glove numerous times throughout the year for poison ivy as well as athletic physicals, immunizations and typical illnesses that families endure. Each time they were very professional, accommodated our schedule and gave accurate diagnoses with medicine and get-well bag included. In addition, my husband and son both got sick at their places of employment and White Glove came to their job sites to diagnose and dispense meds. In conclusion, White Glove has been a medical miracle worker for me and my family.

Sun Dec 13 2009It was fantastic to have a nurse practitioner come to me. It was 23 degrees outside when I called and after being sick for 3 days, I did not want to leave the house. The staff was professional and courteous and perfectly on time. I'll never go to the doctor's office again.

Sun Dec 13 2009Professional / Courteous / At Home Service when you are sick and do not feel like waiting at your dr or urgent care, let the professional come to you. WhiteGLove makes housecalls!! Our family loves this service, we have used it 3 or 4 times since Sept and love it. No waiting in an office full of sick people or driving in the rain, get treated in the privacy and comfort of your home!! they bring you goodies to help you get better sooner. You won't be disappointed =)

Sun Dec 13 2009I used this service for the first time last week. I was happy with the quick response and professionalism of the nurse practitioner that came to my home. I felt very comfortable letting her into my home, which is saying a lot as I was not feeling well at all. The "care package" she left was great, as were the sample meds because they were able to get me through the next couple of days until I felt well enough to venture to the drug store. I would recommend this service...
