BOUGHT WHAT SHOULD BE A LEMON! THE TRANNY WAS DEFECTIVE LURCHING INTO CROSSWALKS AT STOPS, CRACKED AND WELDED RIMS, AND WAY MORE WENT WRONG WITH THIS CAR SINCE I PURCHASED IT. I FEEL LIKE I WAS BRUSHED OFF BY THE SERVICE DEPT. EACH AND EVERY TIME I COMPLAINED UNTIL NOW EVEN THOUGH MY WARRANTY EXPIRED. IT STILL HAS THE PROBLEMS I HAVE COMPLAINED OF. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM WEATHERFORD AGAIN! THE CAR HAD TO HAVE BEEN USED TO JUMP CURBS! AND THEY CALLED IT A "CERTIFIED SAFETY INSPECTED VEHICLE".......YEAH RIGHT. DO NOT BUY FROM WEATHERFORD!

Worst Dealership I have been to. To make a long story short I went to the Dealership Saturday (6/28/08) to purchase a BMW that I been looking at. The Sales guy was more interested in talking on his cell phone then he was showing us the cars. However, they had the exact car I been looking for was on the lot so we started making a deal. The Sales Manager wanted to sell the car at $36,500 and we did not want to spend no more then $36,000, so we decided that this isn?t going to happen and left. Then I get a call from the sales guy on Tuesday (7/1/08) saying the OWNER of Weatherford BMW would like to talk to us and he will make the deal worth it. At first I thought it was a tactic they were using to get us back to the dealer because why would the owner be concerned with someone who is trying to purchase a used car. So we get there, not a surprise to me, the owner had to leave due to a family emergency but left the assistant manager the best price he can sell the car for $38,500. Two thou... Read more

I have been talking with the internet sales for over a month and I finally found a CPO that I wanted so I had my brother visit them to put down a deposit while I'm on a business trip. His attitude was so bad... He wouldn't even show my brother the car less alone let him test drive it... I can't believe they are still in business with this kind of service... Since then I have bought a X5 from Sonnen BMW which they provide great feedback and customer service...

OMG If I could do NEGATIVE 5 it would definatly be there. So I went to this place to look at a 7 Series BMW, and never found any ruder Sales people. One person who I was working with, Grace, Started out nice, but became a typical sales lying idiot. So, I was in a major car accident 2 weeks before coming here. My car was totalled. I went to this dealership, and after doing all the paperwork, They told me the deal was approved and she was EVEN able to workout 4.9% interest. They only needed me to have proof the car was totalled. OK, DONE! Got them the paper, Grace told me to come back right away and I could get the car. I arrive, she tells me she needs time to see if she can get the deal approved. UMMMMM HELLLO!!!! WTF did you just say??? WELL, about an hour later, she is helping out another customer, she sees me staring and walks away. She comes back about 10 min. later, hands me a paper for my insurance that I gave her and says, well, they wont respond, so maybe another time. ARE YOU... Read more

I had read a lot about this place and was weary to go here after reading the reveiws below. I was looking to get a CPO 330 in stick. I emailed about a car I saw on their website and got in touch with Weatherford's Internet Director, Jenn Bishop. She was great, helpful, energetic and had a great selection of cars. I couldn't be happier with my new 330. Thanks Jenn!

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THOSE OTHER REVIEWS ARE TALKING ABOUT! MY FAMILY HAVE BEEN DEDICATED CUSTOMERS FOR THE LAST 20 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE YET! I ALWAYS RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS, CO-WORKERS... REALLY EVERYONE! THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY INFORMATIVE AND HAVE HELPED ME OUT WITH PROBLEMS EVEN MONTHS AFTER MY PURCHASE. THEY ALSO HAVE THE BEST SELECTION OF BEEMERS IN THE BAY AREA! GREAT SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND! THE FINANCE DEPT. WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING SOOOO WELL! I'LL FOR SURE GO TO THEM AGAIN WHEN I'M IN THE MARKET FOR ANOTHER BMW!

I came to Weatherford BMW in Berkeley, CA on April 3rd, 2007 because I called Bruce Marks about a used vehicle, he said it was there. When I got there and went to look at the vehicle, it was not there. He lied to me to get me there. I then requested a 2007 328i, black automatic, with tan leather. Bruce said he would have to order it and it would take 10 weeks. I gave Bruce a check for 1000.00, and I went home. I thought about it and I felt uncomfortable with Bruce and I also could not wait ten weeks for a car. I called Bruce April 4th and I told him to cancel the order, he said it was fine, and I didn't need to worry about my refund. Bruce said he would look for another car for me, he was unable to find the car I requested so I found it myself at Eastbay BMW. I purchased the 328i from Jason Burger on 4/5/07. I have been calling and emailing ever since. I have emails from Bruce saying the business office cut the check. I also have a copy of the work sheet with a copy of ... Read more

From the day I bought my X5 six years ago, to just this very morning, I have had nothing but frustrating, time wasting, money draining experiences with their sales, service and parts departments. When I was negotiating the purchase of my car the salesman, Ali, agreed on a price over the phone. When I got to the dealership about 2 hours later he told me that the price was no longer available. I walked out. He called back two days later and offered me the same price again. I ended up buying the car simply because in 2001 there were not that many available. Ali told me he?d ?throw in? the floor mats. Great. Until I realized that he had added them to the amount of the car that I was financing. Not only not free, but I would have had to pay finance charges on them. About a week before my temporary registration tag expired I called the dealership to find out when I could expect my license plates. I ended up leaving messages with Ali, the sales department manager and eventually the GM of ... Read more

Worst purchase experience ever. I bought a brand new 2007 328i from them and after the sale was made was treated like a 2nd class citizen. Also, as part of my purchase I traded in my old car and made an agreement with the salesperson that I could take my aftermarket stereo out of the car since it was expensive. This was part of my sales contract/agreement. They gave me 3 weeks to sell the car on my own and took possession of the car because they said it was legally necessary. I went back 1.5 weeks later to remove the stereo from the car only to find that someone else on their lot had removed it, much to my surprise and dismay. Anyhow, i called the salesperson and they said that they would look into it and try to get it back to me. I never heard back, called again and the salesperson said that it was missing and they could not locate it. Still, no follow up phone call. Well, after 1.5 months of trying to deal with the salesperson (Josh) i went in and asked to speak to a manager. The s... Read more

Don't buy from this dealer. Those sales rep does not know anything about the car. The put the car to sale before the car is ready. Their attitude is bad too. Here is my story: In my first approach, I walked away from the deal because they didn't want to lower the price and they even claim they can find another customer willing to pay for the full price. OK fine! The manager called me the next day and finally they lower the price. Then I went back but the car was not even detailed. Still dirty!!! Still unpolished. I said on the phone, please clean up the car before I take it home. The Sales Rep said OK, we will clean by tomorrow. However, when I did my final test drive. The car was still unfinished. I was very unhappy with them, because it is my 3rd trip to the dealer. They lie to me again. Ok fine. The sales rep apologized and said it will ready tomorrow, the sales rep promised to call me and let me know when it is ready. Ok. Finally the sales guy did not call me. BECAUSE HE IS OFF ... Weatherford BWM is worst than your typical used car sales lot. I made a offer on a certified car and the sales manager countered. When we finally agreed on a price and I signed the sheet that I agreed to a price they came back saying the offer was off because they had a couple of people looking at the car. I cannot believe they were more interested in making a couple of extra bucks vs customer satisfaction and the integrity of their dealership. I already own a BMW and will probably be loyal to the BMW car forever however, I will never set my foot in the Weatherford BMW or give them any business in the future.
