This cleaning service was terrible. They didn't clean anything they said they would clean. They spent an hour cleaning the inside of my oven (as if I care what the inside of my oven looks like!) and then didn't dust or clean the floors. That isn't even the worst part. When I called to ask for my money back I was informed that they don't give refunds and if I stopped payment on my check I'd be taken to small claims court. How's that for customer service? They are clearly not interested in customer satisfaction. They initially offered to send out a crew to redo the job but then spoke to the house cleaners and recinded the offer. The house cleaner lied about what time they arrived and claimed to have left the contract here. None of which was true. Do not use this service!!! THEY STINK!!!

Simply Put: They don't do a good job. We used We Clean America 4-5 years ago but stopped using them due to unreliability, but stupidly decided to give them another try. The first two times they cleaned our house they did an OK job...the rooms of our house were clean but nothing to write home about. The third visit however was another matter altogether. They charged us $130 (we do have a pretty large house) for 3 hours, and at the end of that time, I got a call from one of the managers telling me they weren't finished and needed an additional hour (which would cost another $48!). So $178 to clean our home. I said no, and came home to a house that was pretty dirty. They cleaned our upstairs bedrooms first (which weren't so messy) but left the downstairs (which everyone sees first when they walk into out house) including the kitchen - which is our messiest, most used room - dirty - stovetop and kitchen counters not even touched! Pathetic, if you ask me. Based on the other horribl... Read more

First scheduled cleaning service on 5/10/08 at 1Pm. No one showed up till 4Pm, i called and cancelled the appointment and took it for next week 5/17/08 @ 1pm. Maids came on time and asked me to write a check for $75, which I did(my mistake). they didn't want to clean blinds and fans. To take care of all these issues before hand, I called the maid servce and talked to guy with name "Alex" and explained him and then he talked to the maid and supposedly told them to clean everything. Finally they started cleaning and obviously they didn't touch blinds, windows or fans. They went staright to restrooms used strong chemical spoiled the chrome coating in the bathtub. They didn't clean the shower door and when I told them, they started laughing. So we decided we will take it as money wasted. So again i got a call from a guy named "Bill" and I dont know why he called me but he started saying oh! we are sorry, those maids are inexperienced and new so obviously thwey can't do their j... I have used We Clean America on and off for a few years. Last week they came out to visit the house and when they were gone things were missing. I called the office to complain and the manager was rude and I said 'I would like to make a claim' he said you just did. I said are you bonded he said no. Now I have to replace the things taken.

I used this business for the first time(and last time) and they showed up late and didn't even call. Two cleaning men showed up and didn't even clean the bathroom floors or shower, they didn't clean the kitchen counters or sink or stove or oven, they didn't clean the dining room table or coffee table or any windows, and that's just to name a few. They were in and out within an hour. When I called to complain, the office people were very rude and didn't care to retain a customer.

I made an appointment with them earlier in the week for today between 1 & 2pm. At 1pm I got a call saying they were outside. I live in an apartment building so I go down to let them in and no one is there. I call the company and they say they will find out what is happening. They hang up on me. 20 minutes later a knock on my door. 2 women laughing because they've been waiting at the wrong apartment for 20 minutes because they didn't look at the apartment # on the sheet. Then they clean and 30 minutes later one of the women asks me if I have a vacuum cleaner because she couldn't carry hers up from the car--it's too heavy for her. Never mind that it says they bring all cleaning supplies and equipment. So I ask her if I am paying her or if she is paying me to do the job. So she gets the vacuum cleaner and I check the cleaning job. The hardwood floors are still dirty and I show them the dirt and hair on the paper towel I used. They are complaining about me in Spanish, not knowing I underst... Read more

Only hire this company if you want to pay $90 for someone to do nothing for a couple of hours. They require you to pay up front (which should have tipped me off) then they don't do anything. Their coupon says "Satisfaction Guaranteed" but they do not. When I called to complain, the manager told me that he would send another crew and "don't worry, I'll take care of you. we don't want you to unhappy". When I called him back to set up a time for the other crew to come he said "we can't give you another cleaning for free". Now remember, I already paid them $90 and NOTHING was done yet. Now they say that this other crew will only come for an hour and do "what the first crew hadn't finished". I said, "the first crew didn't do ANYTHING. And I didn't pay $90 for one hour, I paid $90 for , in your words, a deep cleaning. It will take someone one hour just to clean the bathroom, and I didn't agree to $90 an hour, I agreed to $90 for two people to clean for 3 hours each, big difference.... Read more

The cleaning job w/ the first person I had was amazing. But get this I found out they only pay the people who come clean 40%. The second people who came did a retarded job cleaning. Dude didn't even wipe off my kitchen table or take out the trash in my bedroom. The manager gave me 1/2 off the next time. Woo Hoo. I could do a better job if I was deaf blind dumb mute (no offense to anyone)

We Clean America is reason enough to create - star ratings because one star is too good for them. I have been a customer for many years, overlooked MANY MANY mistakes and poor customer service, but then I had the displeasure of speaking with the so called owner Michael who makes his rude and incompetent employees look like Albert Einstein and Mother Theresa. They raised their prices and NEVER told me so then when they called to tell me I owed them money and I tried to tell him I didn't know about the rate increase, he told me that was just confusion on my part. When I asked for something in writing about the rate increase, when it went into effect, how much I had paid, where my tip I THOUGHT was going to the crew had gone, etc., he told me that he could not get me anything in writing. He then told me all I had to do was pay what I owed the next time because he was sure after I calmed down I would still want to do business with him. When I pressed him for a detailed explanation or... Read more

Everything all the other reviews say is true, and worse. I used the service weekly - they billed me randomly (sometimes 5 times a month, sometimes 3, sometimes 6, so it was always difficult to tell if they were overcharging me). Last week, my cleaning crew stole $180 from my wallet! The company told me that technically they weren't responsible for any losses or damages claimed by their clients since they're a "referral" agency - that the maids themselves were the ones responsible for any and all damages! Furthermore, they admitted that they didn't even know one member of the cleaning crew that stole from me - apparently he was someone the "main team member" had just brought in to help and he hadn't even been interviewed by the company! Since then, I've insisted that until the matter gets resolved, I won't let any of their crews into my house. Not only has no one called me back to very what's being done about the matter or how or when my stolen cash will be returned, but today I ... Read more

I've used We Clean America for the past several months, reguarly scheduling them every 3 weeks. Realize that I'm pretty patient. I've excused them for always being late in each of the past visits I've had. But today was the last straw. The cleaning crew (which is supposed to be the same one every week) did not show up even after 2 hours. I was told by 2 different dispatchers that the crew "was on their way." The only thing they offered was to give $10 off which is nothing but a standard discount. I spoke with a supervisor over the phone who didn't have anything to tell me other than they were running late. Avoid this company. Horrible horrible customer service.

I have used We Clean America for the past two months. I have noticed a few things: 1. They kept changing their cleaning crews. Sometimes we have crews that we like, but they constantly leave the company so we always get new people and occassionally inexperienced people. 2. They are not on time. They are either 1 hour early or late on every visit. 3. They miss our cleaning schedule with no prior notice! They missed our scheduled cleaning last week with no clear explanation. When I called to reschedule another one this week, they missed it AGAIN! 4. Non-responsive customer servcies to calls. I called to leave messages on certain issues, and never got called back. 5. There were a couple of times they had to borrow our vaccume cleaners since theirs were broke! (contrary to the agreement that they will provide all cleaning equipment). I'm actively looking for another company/crew to replace We Clean America. Good luck to you!

My first few cleaning visits were not that bad. They moved my things all around (annoying), they didn't clean under things (annoying), and they rarely came on time. It didn't get really bad until a couple of weeks ago when the cleaners used an oily cleaning product on my tile floors. i slipped and fell, my mother almost slipped (when she came to take me to the ER), and when wiping your hand across the floor it came up covered in oil. The quality control (Michael) showed little to no concern for the accident, I was told the owner wanted to speak with me (he never did), the manager I spoke with was rude and upsetting. So here is the deal: We Clean America will not assume any responsibility for the people they send to your house, they don't care if you get injured, miss work, or have medical bills to pay. They are not at all considerate of their clients. Over all it is the worst cleaning experience I have ever had. I would highly suggest going elsewhere, the money you save is no... Read more

I had a similar issue with this company. They did not even showed up. I even called day before the appointment date to confirm the time. They told me that they are going to come two hours late.Even after that they still did not come all and no phone call to let me know. When I called them to find out why. They told me that my appointment has been canceled with no apperent reason. When I asked to find out an answer they lady told me she does not no why they hang up the phone. BAD SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

I booked this service for my boyfriend. They were due to arrive betwwen 8-9AM so he could get to work fairly on time...he works for NASA. At 10:20...he called me to say that they had not arrived. He had gotten a call at 9:45 saying they would be there in 15 minutes but they were still a no-show. I called the office and talked to a guy named Franco who tried to get them on their cell phone and when he couldn't...said to me "Too bad...nothing else I can do" When I told him that was unacceptable...he became belligerent and said "This conversation is over" and ended up hanging up on me. It is now 10:50AM. A supervisor named Francisco calls and tells me that he will check for me. At 11:15...the maids arrive at my boyfriend's house and sit in their car eating potato chips. Francisco then told me that they were waiting for my boyfriend to leave before they went in the house. When I asked Francisco why they didn't tell him this...he said to me "Why are you asking me questions I can'... Read more
