If they forget to pick your trash up, and you call the company. They will tell you that it wasn't close enough to the street. When it was 3 feet from the pavement. In short, if the driver forgets, which is not just every once in awhile, and you complain, they make excuses and you don't get the trash picked up.

I called for new service and the office woman was very friendly and helpful in starting up my account. The men on the truck have done a great job so far. Since I just moved into an older house I have had an excess amount of trash. I have tried to portion it out so I don't overload the guys. Every day after pick up, I go outside wondering if they left anything. Nope, they take it all. I am very happy to have them pick up trash at my driveway and not leave a mess behind. It sure beats going to the dump. If they didn't come so early in the morning I would tip them.

The worst customer services. Very rude! Our services had stopped because we were unpaid. We had a child in the hospital so some bills got overlooked. I sent in payment and called to be informed that they sent 3 notices to us. There were no notices sent and no phone call I have gone through all mail and phone list. The customer service rep wanted to argue with me about it. Just unreal now I know why there are so many bad reviews for them. Hope I can find a new service.

Customer for 6 years, switched from waste managament, and get MUCH BETTER SERVICE !!!! They take every thing as lon as its under 48" and can be carried and they never leave a mess ! If you have a mess its probably animals getting into the garbage especially more ten one place !!! always on time and neat!!

Well This Morning 12/10/08 I wake up and find my garbage is still out on the curb without being picked I take a look at my neighbors garbage and there garbage was picked up. I called the New port richey Office for WSI of Florida and dialed option one and then dialed for option 2 I quickly was transferred to a Customer service rep by the Name of Maurene and updated her on my Garbage not being picked up this morning she stated fine and then proceeded to take a look at my account and stated there is nothing there on why my garbage was left behind she advised me to go ahead and leave my garbage on the cub and she will put in a (Missed ticket) for the driver can come to my home and pick up my garbage I told the rep Thank you and she was very friendly. I will be updating this page to post if and when they came to pick up my missed garbage

Discriminitory and spiteful- un-American service. A worthless bunch of thugs and rogues running a service that is neither helpful or caring enough to be a business. The Pasco County Commisioner should pull their license and the replacement service should be regulated allot better than this one. These are criminals that shouldn't be given the priveledge to operate a business within our community. I don't know what it is about trouble with garbage service in Pasco county but it truly needs to be addressed. I'm sick and tired of incompetant useless services in Florida.

Everything was fine until one day they stopped picking up my garbage. I assumed it was a mistake the first day and then the following pickup day they skipped my garbage again. I chased down the truck and asked why - the guy said "You?re not on the list". Come to find out Waste Services screwed up and listed me as unpaid ( I was fully paid). The girl at customer service was an idiot and insisted it was somehow my fault. She said they sent out notices, which was a bare faced lie. The guys that pick up the garbage do a fine job, but if you have a problem plan on arguing with their stupid, rude, arrogant customer service. I hate to see CS jobs go to India, but after arguing with a pinhead like this girl - I say unemployment is good for her.

I get service twice a week. But for god sakes dont leave a mess all over my street. I dont want to see my neighbors trash in the morning. The rodents love my neighborhood. You get what you pay for I guess. If gas was not so expensive I would drive to the dump myself.

My title says it all for Waste Service of Florida. Without any notice they took over rubish removal, or better stated they got the contrat to remove trash when they want. They have missed my pickup (Placed in the Street) many times. Thier drivers seem to love skidding to a stop with the squeel of the brakes. I think they take pleasure on leaving just a little. It is not rocket science. I hope we as payers of the "lack" of service get the opportunity to boot WSI into the dump.

the absolute worse trash service that I have experienced after living in 8 other cities. Service is extremely poor. They left my trash on my curb for over one week and when I called to get service, then the phone line was busy. How can an AUTOMATED ANSWERING MACHINE be busy. It then directed me to leave a message in which the mailbox was full. I eventually had to remove the trash myself and this was a service that I was paying daily for!!! I plan to get my HOA involved and drop the contract with Waste Services.

They have not picked up my trash for over a week now. They drive down the street picking up whatever house has the easiest, and forgets about the others. The customer service on the phone is horrible. The people are rude and nasty on the phone. What kind of service are we paying for???

Collectors failed to pick up a television I had with my trash. I called to find out their policy and how to schedule a proper pickup, but NEVER got through to a company rep.

Since WASTE MANAGEMENT pulled out ,our LAND O LAKES neighborhood ,has been getting spotty at best service. Our trash has not been picked up ,since 15 Feb it is now 27 Feb. The phone is always busy. Eevn called PASCO COUNTY , who oversees the contracts , cannot do much about it. Paying for bad service. Not good at all. Will be taking my own trash to the dump. WASTE SERVICES STINKS.

Yes, their number is ALWAYS BUSY !!! Can't get through to these people at all. .... However, they have given me much better service than Waste Management ever did, so for that, I appreciate their service.

I am not the type to complain about things, but in this instance i am a little irratated. I recieved my bill from them about a week ago. It is inncorrect, so i tried to call them at the number that islisted on the bill. Busy!! for the past week i have tried to call them about 100 times to only hear a busy tone. I have also tried to call them on the other numbers listed on this website as well as the other ones in this area, but none the less all the numbers are busy. I mean really how can you run a business with only one line??

its not often ,in my experiances anyways, that a garbage service leaves trash at the curb for days sometimes weeks at a time. that has been the case with my account with waste services of fl. if you choose them best of luck. even after countless phone calls and a supposed supervisor watch I'm still looking at a curb full of trash that hasnt been picked up for around 10 days now!! this has been the case since i started my account 7 months ago! I'm done!!
