Fri Apr 04 2008Unlike Skype, VoipCheap allows to make free phone calls to regular phone lines. This free service also includes many countries, not just limited by USA and Canada. The software is free to download and simple to start using right away, provided you have a headset or phone ready to plug in. While VoipCheap does allow for free calls from your computer to regular phones, there is a weekly limit of 300 minutes per IP address.
