I just spent 3 weeks working the fair at Cal State Expo for Vinyl Designs. Promised commissions in exchange for me fronting my own expenses...

Vinyl Designs was a pleasure to work with. Steve installed 4 fire egress windows in the concrete basement wall of our fraternity building. He also helped with design. Communication was very good for the most part, and his staff was attentive and easy to work with. Steve's crew was excellent on the job site, the only issues were with the concrete cutting subcontractor who seemed uninformed of his exact responsibilities as laid out in our primary contract. The sub showed up with the wrong equipment.We are happy with the final product, and I would recommend Vinyl Designs to everyone, and will use them again next time

GOOD QUALITY WINDOWS AND CRAFTMANSHIP.

The entire adventure of replacing my front window after the bad storm was great. From the time I had the service person came out to give an estimate to the window , it was not the cheapest but impressed by the concern and professional information given. The time for the installation was when I was told and the men who installed did a great job and every thing was cleaned up and every thing.

I've had bad experiences with contractors in the past, I hate feeling pressured into buying something, however my home needed an upgrade badly and energy saving is one of my biggest concerns. The sales rep didn't try to push anything onto me, he listened and was courteous and extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process of deciding my windows stress-free and enjoyable. Great communication and they gave me a great deal. The installation went smoothly, less than 4 hours for 6 windows! Better than I could have expected and they cleaned up afterwards and everything! I'm very satisfied.

Was told installation would take one day. It took four. Always plan for the unexpected. Was told that new windows would overhang old sills by one-halve inch. The were just short of the old sills and all of them had to be replaced. No additional charge. Installation crew was great in overcoming problems. Lucky I had a chop saw and a table saw to help with the new sill installation.

They did very good for the short period of time I wanted to get things done. One of the windows broke during delivery, which I know is not their fault. When scheduling them to install the final window, they called once the day of saying that the delivery was delayed, then the morning of the next saying one of their other jobs ran over. Very good work, very nice windows, but a little off on the logistics.
